Now, I feel I was sold something by a very good salesman whose service department didn't back up the commitment.

Bait and switch. Don't actually cover or guarantee some of the items salespeople promise. Interior service lasts longer tha each quarter but they charge you each quarter for it. First service and agreement include the start of quarterly service the next month, not the next quarter, so you pay for 5 services the first year and contract is for a year of service, no ability to cancel until year is over.

Door to door salesman (Liam) was the pushiest salesman Ive ever encountered. Claimed that all my neighbors use his service and I know for a fact they dont. Wouldnt take no for an answer. I told him I wasnt interested several times. He made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable

I wasted my money. I saw bunch of ants and spiders inside and outside of my home after 2 rounds of their service. You can do a much better job by going to Home Depot and buying pest control stuff.

I just moved into my new home and had ants and wasps all over my patio and had some spiders and ants inside too. They were able to come out the same day I signed up and serviced the inside and outside of my house. Dave was great and took care of everything, especially the problem areas I specifically mentioned. Moxie continues to underwhelm me. When I first signed up with them, we had an issue with carpenter bees. I looked for reviews on the company and saw a lot of disappointing comments from my neighborhood Facebook page about the company. Nonetheless, I decided to give them a try and I regretted that decision ever since. There have been billing issues. There have been appointments were they show up un-announced as well as appointments where they send you three text messages and two emails to let you know they’re coming. Yesterday’s appointment was one in which I assumed that the inside of my house would be treated. I was mistaken as I looked at my contract after the fact. However the technician did treat two spots in my house where I have seen spiders and ants. After he did the spraying, he proceeds to tell me that I may see increased activity because the spray affects where the bugs are hiding. Had I known that to be true, I would not have asked for the spray to be done this particular week. I would not recommend using this company.

We have not been satisfied with Moxie. We still see bugs and when I called once to get you back out I was charged for it, so we will not call again. The person that came yesterday was maybe here 5 minutes and left. I told your salesman I would try it for a season. We did and have still had to spray often. We would like to cancel services, please.

I didn't seem to have any of the same problems that the other reviewers had. My experience was great the sales guy (sorry bad with names) was nice not pushy. We went through what the Moxie service can do for me and what the difference was between my current versus theirs. After doing the math, I would be paying a few dollars less and getting more. The next day the technician came out as promised and on time. The technician was very courteous and answer all of the questions that I didn't think of while the Sales guy was here. The technician did both inside \ outside and was very thorough.

Had appointment for inside and out, retreat. Have bad carpenter ants and other ants. Appointment time was 8a-1P. No show. Waited until 2p, nothing. I Had to go to neighbors and saw moxie in my driveway when I returned home, but it was after he treated. I always walk with them when they treat. Had Another new tech, (I’ve had 3 now), and he didn’t read my time right on the ticket. It was 3:30p. He had no idea what kind of problem I had been dealing with, so no communication occurred with staff. Also I specifically asked for inside laundry room which he did not have on my ticket. No communication between staff again. Very disappointed. The treatment itself is slowly beginning to work but this is a new company start up and they have a lot to improve on.
