We contacted Midwest to get an inspection and estimate on what appeared to be signs of termites. Ryan responded promptly and scheduled a visit to come out to our residence. He gave us a date and time of arrival which was kept. Ryan did a very thorough inspection and confirmed what we suspected, there were signs of termites. He reviewed everything found and explained what treatments were necessary. Before he left, we scheduled a later time and date for the treatment. I can say that return visit went smoothly and Ryan explained everything that was done. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by these gentlemen was impressive! Highly recommended! We called Midwest after receiving a quote of nearly 3500.00 dollars from another company for mice and bats. Ryan with Midwest arrived at our house and completed and interior and exterior inspection. I had already completed some minor repair work and Matt finished his assessment and the needed repairs. I utilized Midwest Pest Control (Ryan) for a bat infestation we had upon purchasing an old home. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure every bat was gone. He came back multiple times to assure the job was done right. He's also had continual follow-up. This was for sure high-end service, but at an incredible price. Their cost was also far less than other competitors I spoke to prior to calling Ryan. I'd give more stars if I could, but 5 is the max. Definite high recommendation!!!
