Do yourself a favor and call Medwick for your pest control issue before contacting any other company. We had chipmunks in our soffit vents and made the mistake of having another company come out who claimed they would solve the issue. They dropped bait boxes on the ground and said the chipmunks will come out, feed from the boxes, and expire within a week or so. Two weeks later the chipmunks were still partying in our soffits and we contacted Medwick. My wife setup the appointment and said the woman who scheduled us was a pleasure to work with and very informative. Our technician arrived and immediately questioned why the prior company did not go in the attic or on the roof to investigate and seal off entry points. Not only did he quickly identify entry points, he sealed them up the same day, and solved our problem! There was no suggestion of turning this into multiple visits like every other pest company will pressure you into. If the problem persists and another visit is necessary, they assured us it will be no extra charge. Not to mention the quote for this job was very fair and far less than another estimate we received for proper roof, attic, and entry sealing services. Hopefully we won't have critter issues in the future, but if it happens I'm getting Medwick here to do the job right!

Excellent Job! Was able to get service done within a very reasonable time. Mike explained exactly what to expect with his service/process. Having pets, it was nice that he did not have to enter the house and put chemicals inside. Much different than others I have used in the past, but so far very satisfied! Will use again for sure!

I would give 6 stars. Went above and beyond for my ant problem, Not like others who spray and leave. He would not give up until he found the nest! Fair priced too.

Had exterior of home sprayed for prevention. Person who does scheduling was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Technician was the same and explained everything he was going to do and made sure to answer all questions. Service was 3 weeks ago and I can't remember seeing any annoying bees or insects since. All spraying was done outside including not having to come into the garage, which was great. They do their own work (no subs) and you can tell they care about doing it right. More expensive than everyone else I called, but they guarantee their work for a longer time period and were easy to deal with. You have to clean your windows after, but they do tell you that ahead of time. For the extra money vs. others, it'd be nice to not have to clean the windows too, but not worth deducting a star from the review.

I highly recommend this company! My technician was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful! He found issues I didn't even know I had. On top of that, he was such a good person, that he addressed issues that weren't even part of the contract at no additional cost just because their company believes in taking pride in their work and making their customers happy. It's also a huge plus that their guarantee is 3x's the length of other exterminator companies!!! He covered every inch of my house, which was very important to me because I'm a new home owner. If you want the job done right the first time, you should definitely use Medwick Pest Control!
