They were great until this last time. I had a re-service done bc we still had ants and wasps. Now we are up for the quarterly and I told them not come because the weather is not permitting and we have plans to redo our deck (the main area of the bug problem). I want to skip this quarter’s service. They said sure except they are going to charge the quarterly fee retroactively for the re-service. They just want their money. I agreed to them charging for the re-service and cancel my contract. I’m not dealing with a company that isn’t open to being weather permitting. My landscaper doesn’t charge me if he doesn’t mow the law on his weekly schedule so I expect the same from pest control. To be honest, their products didn’t really work on our property anyway. Must just be too wet for it take. Plus they were solicited in our neighborhood when it’s clearly posted to not have Solicitors. Hate to think of they bothered all of my neighbors just because I had signed up for their service.

I dont really know how effective it is given the price. I know every house is different but we still had ants all over the place and one time they tried to say there is a rodent problem without any evidence. I feel like that is a pretty common tactic to say you have mice and scare you with the thought of having mice around. That was 4 months ago and never saw one rodent anywhere. I rather do my own spray which seemed to be just as or if not more effective as a fraction of cost.

Horrible and unethical business practices. A salesperson came to offer the services. I explained I signed up with a different provider. Long story short. After agreeing to proceed with the first visit ONLY after I confirmed I was able to cancel the service with the other company. They did not follow my instructions and did the service without my consent even though the technician called me two times to which I said DO NOT perform the service. They just ignored that, and I received by email a confirmation the service was done. As soon as I got aware, I called to cancel the service. They charged me $279 and did not honor the statement that I have three days to cancel without any penalty. Do you a favor and do not think about using the services of this company!! Worst experience ever!!!

Bugs are now few and far between. The pesticide is rosemary, thyme and peppermint oils. These oils kill and repell bugs but are safe in the house around kids and pets. My daughter does not like spiders the technician sprayed the pleasant smelling bug killer where she asked him to spray. It’s a win win for me, daughter is happy there are no bugs and the spray smells nice. They did use a strong ant killer in our fresh mulch that was infested with ants. The first application did not kill them all, I called Greenix they came out that day and applied more and that was the end of the ants. I am very pleased with the quality of service Greenix provides.

Mostly smoke and mirrors with Greenix. Their business model is to door-to-door with the initial sale (not the quality of service or lifetime value of the customer) being the focus. You will be entered into to at least a 12-month contract with quarterly service, but billed monthly. Cancellation at any time, even after 12 months is a chore. Never once during the course of the 12 months did I physically see services performed at my residence and I even went back and checked my NestCam footage to be sure.

Horrible place. I have asked them no less then ten times to not solicit business at ne residence and in my neighborhood. They try to say they have a permot from the city of powell where our house address is. However, as i have pointed out to numerous sells rep and manager a like. While our address is powell. Ohio. The complex is actually in the concord township jurisdiction. Which has much different rules, more expensive permits and more restrictive regulations then the city. Which they do not have a permit and out in violation of the law. The best think we all can do is simply stop using thier services. There are much more morally and respected companies out there. Lets X the greenix company!!!

Damien might be one of the most professional pest control people my family has ever met. He is a wonderful representation of Greenix and should be considered the benchmark for all other employees to strive to meet. Although he couldn't assist with my pest issue today (due to a lack of appropriate equipment), he took pictures and called the owner to let him know what he needed and Greenix is going out to buy the appropriate equipment so they are more prepared for a visit back tomorrow. It's rare to find a company willing to purchase additional equipment in order to specifically help a customer.
