The technician could have done a better job. I had to take him around house twice to show areas that he missed to clean. I suspect he missed applying pesticides too, since only 2 external doors showed signs of the application. He stamped all around twisted and turned some of my lawn fencing and light fixtures and didn't bother to fix it back. Please arrange to send a better technician next time.

Greenix is a good service and all the service professionals have done a nice job when they've come for treatments. They've been especially thorough in treating our very active ground bees, coming multiple times to apply repeated treatments as needed and being aggressive in treating them completely. Our one complaint would be that the services are rather expensive, and they're constantly proposing additional services to be added.

I've been with Greenix for over a year now and will be canceling do to problems with them showing up. A couple times they canceled a service day do to weather which is understandable, but they don't call to reschedule. When you call and get another date rescheduled it's a month out. I realize now that they are based too far from my city to be reliable so I'm going with someone else local.

We had yellow jackets nesting in the overhang and in cracks in the brick near by. They came out right away. Our technician was knowledgable, and explained everything. They also offer the assurance that if we find the bees are still a problem they'll be right out, free of charge.

They always do a great job of dusting the perimeter and spraying with organic spray as needed inside the home. I have seen a dramatic decrease in spiders in our home since starting this service a year ago. They are pricey but it works!

We were told by the sales rep that the spray would not get on the windows, which we seriously doubted, and of course, there is residue. So plan to clean your windows AFTER the service.

DONT USE this company. unless, of course, you like being held to a contract that they, themselves, don't honor. if you like having to call their office multiple times in a two week period only to be told by 3 separate people (in the same day) three different stories. then having their fabulous 22 year old account manager argue with you for 45 minutes like a disgruntled little high school boy. Ive never seen customer service like this. STAY AWAY!!

I literally went out and bought a "No Solicitors" sign because of their sales person. Truth be told, I was actually thinking about looking into pest control services when this salesman showed up at my door saying "they were doing work in my area" and mentioned a few of my neighbors by name. He whipped out his I-Pad and showed me the google score to prove that they're a reputable service, offered me what he claimed to be a substantial discount, and wanted to schedule a treatment with me for later that day. I gave him my e-mail address and told him to send me some information that I'll look into. But he insisted that I make the decision at that moment. I explained to him that I don't give people money without doing due diligence which prompted him again to point to these google reviews and high score. I went from someone who was genuinely interested at first in possibly considering this company for some future work to someone who would never think twice about using them. He had total disregard to the fact that I had two young kids that needed my attention (and were no longer in my view) and started lowering his price to get me to sign-up on the spot. I wasn't trying to haggle -- I again told him to send me information via my email, which he said he was unable to do. He eventually stormed off rudely when a delivery person showed up. Come on, do people really shop like this??? Where's the contract? the brochures? THIS IS A SCAM -- AVOID!!

Jamil was very nice. When he found a wasp's nest behind one of our shutters, he was prompt to notify us and act to get rid of it. After his visit, he made sure we knew to notify him if we see any bugs at all, and that he would come back on his own to take care of any additional issue. He was very helpful and accommodating.

If I could give a zero star I would. Where do I start? Had a salesman try to pressure my wife into a deal that was “only good today”. The salesman Ben makes the comment “I get it, you can’t make a financial decision by yourself”- and wouldn’t take “no thanks” as an answer! He quotes her an extreme discount at $69 and she says “no thanks we’re not interested.” He went on to ask what time I would be home from work so that he could come by and talk to me. Ben shows back up at our house at the door at 9:01pm as I’m putting my kiddos to bed. (Interesting as their site and google say they are closed at 7pm). I decided to respond respectfully and answer the door. Ben went through his sales pitch and reminded me that he talked to my wife earlier. Say he could do our bugs for $99. I said “oh, that’s interesting, you told my wife $69”. He said “I did?” Let me look at my notes.” “ oh, I guess I did?” He went on to try to offer me additional features with foundation treatment, patio treatments, and playground and trampoline treatments. Simply put, we lost about 20 minutes of our day trying to convince him why we didn’t need bug treatment. I am filing for a solicitation ban in our neighborhood. This is unbelievable!! I do not shop or do business this way. I don’t appreciate this at all...somebody at my door after 9pm pressuring me into buying bug treatment. Seriously?! Please don’t come back!
