We just signed up for a season's try of Greenix. So far, we've seen fewer carpenter ants! This, even with only a partial yard application since we have dogs and don't want ANY type of chemical applied in our backyard. They said their products are safe for pets and children. But, my husband and I want to be sure our dogs are not exposed. The technician, Mike T., was very, very nice and knowledgeable. So far so GOOD!

We had ants outside our house - digging nests on patio, by doors, in the front yard. There were wasp nests & potential beetles in hot weather. Greenix did a great job eliminated them & used environmental friendly treatment. They plan to visit 5 times a year to make sure no insects return. While I am all for a green solution, it still must be a solution as I had to hire another company because Greenix was ineffective. Also note, I have dark hardwood in my house and it does leave a residue, which is easily swept up. We had mosquitos and gnats from recently laying sod and high watering to encourage growth. Greenix came out and two days later there were millions of bugs. It was so bad I had to call another company to resolve, which they did in one day. Sorry, Greenix, nice people but the service wasn’t for me.

Great service, even better technicians! Courteous, clean cut, and trustworthy. I do not usually trust service technicians but would trust leaving these guys in my home without having to stand over them. Prompt to get the job done right but not rushed. Also I cannot stress how much of a convenience it is to be able to call them when I have a pest problem anywhere from ants to bees and know that I will have a technician out to care for my special needs ASAP! Has really put my mind at ease as we originally bought the service for normal aunt and spider maintenance but within the two months of being a customer have call them out for a huge ant infestation in my basement at the start of spring and a preventive Service as the bees come out really heavy around this time of year. Each time I called for emergency service they were out within 48 hours and took care of me completely free of any extra charges!

Dana, our technician today, did a thorough job treating our property inside and out and made recommendations for further treatment. He was very professional. We also like that Greenix regularly reminds us of upcoming visits; this is essential for us to stay on top of our busy schedule. In our experience, not all service companies do this. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Hidden contracts - ridiculous cancellation fees - impossible to cancel. Will charge you whether you authorize service or not. The contractors that come to the house are friendly enough, but the customer service at the corporate office is a nightmare to deal with. I will never use this service again!!!!!! I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

First time Greenix conducts a site visit the tech forgets to sweep the main exterior doorway. A LOT of webs in this upper area! This area was the primary reason I signed up! Regardless, the technician was really a super great guy - I liked him a lot. Nevertheless, his shirt styled the Greenix name. His car even profiled the name. It is Greenix. So...kinda feel bad calling Greenix out like this. Then again...I don’t.

Pest Control is one of those things you don't think you need until the spiders and other annoying bugs start showing up all over the house. Greenix has been a great company to have service our home, even in between services they come out if there are issues. This spring we began to have an any problem, called and the next day someone came out with traps. Each time we are due for service I get a text and e mail asking if we are experiencing issues and after the service an email of what was completed. I def recommend them

Mostly smoke and mirrors with Greenix. Their business model is to door-to-door with the initial sale (not the quality of service or lifetime value of the customer) being the focus. You will be entered into to at least a 12-month contract with quarterly service, but billed monthly. Cancellation at any time, even after 12 months is a chore. Never once during the course of the 12 months did I physically see services performed at my residence and I even went back and checked my NestCam footage to be sure.
