We have a hornet and wasp issue in a cpl bushes in our back yard. Called Frame’s, spoke to Beth, actually every time I tried to speak she cut me off. Very rude. Bottom line I did not go with them. Apparently wasps going in and out of the same tree day in and day out in the same area does not mean there’s a nest or hive. So back to trying to find someone to do the job

Just called to have them look at stink bug "situation" in our attic. They're coming through vents and infesting rooms upstairs. Explained entire situation on phone prior to them coming out. They sent a twenty-something boy that literally gave me 5 excuses as to why he couldn't go up in the attic. His ladder might not be long enough (I offered our ladder), he could fall through rafters (didn't even know if it there was a floor), the fog could be contaminating (had been explained on phone and we were leaving area). Why did he even come to my house? Icing on the cake is when I asked if he could get the stink bugs out of a light/vent and he said he doesn't do that. I said if you can't do it then why are you here - and he left! What a sad generation of "men" ~ more like mice. Would not recommend.

My apartment hired Frame's to deal with a small infestation in my apartment. The inspection happened earlier than scheduled, which normally would not be a problem but the "professional pest control" inspector concluded that there wasn't an issue in my apartment. When I came home from work (shortly after he left) I walked in and found several pest on walls and furniture. A few days afterwards they came to spray my house and completely destroyed it. While I'm thankful that they sprayed for the pest I feel that some care to my apartment should be part of the job. It's one thing to be dealing with a pest problem but then when you reach out for help it should feel like you're being helped not like they are working against you. I simply hope that what they sprayed down will remedy the problem. I'm giving two stars with the understanding that pests can be any and everywhere and that the company most likely did what they needed to to get the job done but also hoping that the company understands how traumatizing an experience like this can be and choose to work with their customers in the future.

Originally I contacted a competitor, but they informed me they would first come out and inspect the premises and give an estimate. Then they would schedule another visit for treatment. Not being pleased with their service, I decided to call Frames instead. The lady whom answered my call said they could be out tomorrow. I expressed my concern because I had to babysit my grandkids then. She then asked me to hold for a minute. When she came back on the call, she informed me if it was ok the tech could be out within the next few hours! In addition to the excellent service she provided, the technician, Tom, was professional, courteous, very helpful and friendly. I am so impressed with your employees customer service and your company! Thank you!

Derek came out and was very professional! He explained to me all about the rat issues not just in my yard but the ENTIRE city! He baited under my deck and our shed. It’s been 1 week and I’m still seeing rats but they are intelligent and will take sometime to actually eat the bait because their leery of anything new in their environment. I just wish their environment wasn’t my yard!

would not recommend this place I called to reschedule due to the place I was going to sit at furnace went out but because I try to call the day before & they were closed due to the weather I now have to pay $50.00 dollars because they do not have an answering machine what kind of business does not have an answering machine I will be going with someone else for now on

Use this family-owned business for any pest control! They go "beyond the call of duty" each time we have our house sprayed for wasps and mosquitos. We were hosting a Sunday Father's Day cookout, and they waited until the rain stopped on Saturday evening to come out and spray. They now have us on a monthly mosquito prevention plan, which is cost-effective and really keeps the mosquitos away. I would highly recommend Frame's to anyone.
