They are scheduled to come to our house monthly, at least they charge our landlord monthly, however today the man said he was going to spray the outside of the house and be right back to do the inside. HE LEFT INSTEAD OF DOING THE INSIDE. I called to complain and instead of talking to a supervisor like i requested, they gave me a voicemail...i left my name and number and never heard back from anyone. I feel my business isnt very important to them.

Contracted them to spray for spiders while wife had a high risk pregnancy and we had just purchased a new home and married. Didn't feel proper spraying myself. Prepaid for entire year up front. After the pre-paid year was up... They kept coming and providing service. After our success w/ the high risk pregnancy... My oldest son had brain surgery and due to our busy lives and recovery period... It slipped my mind to cancel. With full time work, driving 12 hours round trip to hospitals, recovering from surgery and constantly catching up on work missed. They kept coming out to spray and I kept thinking "I need to cancel"... But with everything going on, it kept slipping my mind. I finally paid them in full (minus the late fees) and respectfully asked them to waive the late fees... But despite all the crazy time consuming medical concerns in the home... They want their forty something dollars. Business is business I guess.
