I recently have had to search out an exterminator for a traveling incident that left me a few surprises of bed bugs hitching a ride. I received a referral to Don Crank (Cranker-Up Pest Control). He and I met, within a week of calling him. He was exceptional in his professionalism and his understanding personality left me feeling very comfortable in knowing the plan of attack and his pricing was way less than the BIG Brand companies. I strongly recommend his service as he was exceptionally helpful with what was a horrific psychological battle of the critters. Non-judgemental, Honest, Hard Working Self Employed, Dedicated to the cause, and overall decent and respectful individual to trust in my house attending to these matters. The FIRST treatment was phenominal He told me to rest easy and man did I ever, I followed his instructions and that helped tremendously with matters of tricks, I.E. Zip tying bags versus duck taping, Painters caulking trim boards etc.. I believe he and I will eradicate those pests and I have decided with no hesitation to hire him to do my semi-annual interior/exterior perimeter liquid applications. Don seems to be a great guy...I bought a house in late October and had him treat it before we moved in (I'm a bit cautious these days) and just had him treat again because we had some ants sneaking in. He found where they were getting in, treated the kitchen and all around the perimeter. After a couple days, no more ants! Great prices, great service AND you don't need to have him come back over n over for the same thing like the other guys! Highly recommended!

Don was on time, professional, knowledgable, and kind. He put effort forward into finding the source of the ants we were getting and eliminating the threat, as well as educating me along the way. He also offered to come back out if there were any sign of ants in a week or two. I would highly recommend to anybody with a pest issue that is looking for top notch service and complete customer satisfaction. Oh, and he's also very cost effective. He was literally under a quarter of the cost of what Terminix was trying to charge me. Highly, highly recommended!
