What I appreciated and was so impressed with was how Justin listened patiently to every question that came up for me. I had direct contact with him throughout the entire process. Since his visit we have been bug free, and his follow up with me was also assuring. Would recommend to anyone looking for solid customer care and peace of mind.

Upon initially contacting Justin and Justin, we were beyond happy with their customer service and response time. They got back to us within a day with an estimate and we had exchanged emails back and forth to determine the type of wasp we had in our chimney. Then it all fell apart. We chased them for a week trying to get someone out to our house. It became a cat and house game. Finally, I reached them while they were out to lunch and was told someone would be out right after lunch. At 4 pm, the owner, Justin showed up. He was ill prepared, had not spoken to the other Justin about the estimate we were told or the type of wasp we had determined we had. He sprayed our window sills and around our fireplace and then was on his merry way. In case you’re wondering, yes, we’ve still seen wasps. NOW, the real problem is this...he charged us the incorrect amount (we were given two quotes...one for first story treatment and one for having to get up on the roof and treat for the wasps on our second story). We contacted them that afternoon saying that we were charged the wrong amount and that we were owed $100+ since he didn’t climb the second story. THAT WAS IN OCTOBER OF 2018 and we’ve been chasing them down ever since. We’ve had multiple email exchanges and even a PayPal exchange where we have requested our money and had NO response, other than “yes, we will get it back to you.” Still waiting. I was dreading giving a horrible review since this affects people negatively, but they have left me no choice. I will be reaching out to file a complaint with the BBB as well. My advice if you’re looking at using COBE Pest is to find someone more honest and more reliable.

Wow Wow Wow. I am completely blown away by the amazing service I received from this company today. I’ve never left a google review before but really felt compelled to because Justin simply blew me away with how personable he was, open minded and how he was willing to work with me and my budget after I’d been given a previous quote. He arrived as promised, realized the bugs I had were not what they’d previously assumed. He immediately suggested an alternate plan of control and adjusted his quote to an amount I was more than happy with. All this done in such a happy go lucky manner. What an amazing guy and business. Call them. They’re amazing. You won’t regret. This from a germaphobe mom with a little boy that she wants to keep safe and happy in a bug free environment.

I wanted to recommend Central Ohio Bug Extermination LLC to you in case you are ever in need of their services. I needed to have a 6000 square foot house treated for bed bugs and obtained quotes from 5 companies that were recommended to me. Central Ohio Bug Extermination was the only company that offered to come look at the place before just giving us a random quote. This was important to me because the company got a better idea of our problem and could tailor the treatment to our needs. I also was able to speak directly to the person who was coming out to do the quote. The other companies gave me emailed quotes based on square footage alone and I only talked with the receptionist. I dealt with Justin Brown and he educated me on the treatment options; provided a preparation checklist and treated the house in a timely manner. I highly recommend Central Ohio Bug Extermination!

We had bugs and I freaked out, called COBE and Justin A answered at 8:30 PM on a Thursday, he assured me everything was going to be ok and that Chris would be out on Friday to inspect our house and give an estimate. Chris came out to the house and was professional, kind, and had an ID badge plus a great personality. He discussed the options with my spouse and I and left to give us time to make a decision. I called later that day on Friday and on Monday, the owner Justin was at our house. That night I slept like a baby because I knew our problem was handled. Company is such a scam. Was told it would be 175plus tax ended up being more because he had to come for a revisit because he didnt know we had a child, what??? Then wouldn't even give us a receipt. And of course wont reply now.

If you want to throw you money away these are the guys to call. Saw one bed bug and we wanted to get rid of the problem before it got worse. Washed and packed up all out linens like we were told, within a couple weeks and before we moved out linens back into out house we found 2 more. Contacted Justin Brown and was told that it would cost us another $700 because we had a re-infestation problem . We had already paid them over $900 in treatments that were ineffective. We finally called another company who told us they saw very little sign of bed bug activity and If Justin had treated the house the problem would have been taken care of. Their thoughts was the house was never treated in the first place . After the second company actually treated our house we haven't had any issues.
