If competence had a mascot, it would without a doubt be Eric from Ampulex Environmental Solutions. Having dealt with bed bugs in the past I knew exactly what I was looking for in a company to help me with my problem and I immediately recognized Eric as a professional, knowledgeable and caring person. During his inspection not only did he do a thourrough job of checking my home but he also assured me that having bed bugs was not my fault and it was nothing to be ashamed of which was an incredible load off my mind. Eric will give you the perfect list of preparations for a bed bug treatment and the know how to prevent something like this happening in the future and I'm thrilled to say that after his treatment my home is bed bug free and I can get a good night sleep. I would recommend Ampulex to anyone facing a pest issue of any kind. Do yourself a favor, don't let big name companies take DOUBLE the amount of money, send an unskilled person to your house and leave you with the same problem you started with. Instead, call Eric who has a vast knowledge of pests and genuinely cares if you are comfortable in your own home.

We had been dealing with phorid flies since February of 2015. We contact a large commercial pest control company who came out once and spayed for what they thought was fruit flies. This did no good. They came out again and did the same thing. The third time finally a supervisor came out and finally diagnosed the "fruit flies" as phorid flies. They indicated we needed to contact a company who handled both plumbing and HVAC issues as these started in a drain. We had said company come to our home and indicated it would cost $25,000 to completely tear up our walls, vents and floors to take care of this problem. This not being an option, we sought out the servies of Ampulex and Eric Johnston. Eric was extremely prompt and professional as well as educated and immediately had a plan of attack. After the first treatment, we saw a huge improvement! A week later, Eric returned (at no additional charge) and followed up on his work with sophisticated equipment and did a bit of spot treating. We have been extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and will refer Ampulex Environmental Solutions and Eric Johnston to everyone we know!

I unfortunately had to deal with a bed bug infestation that started about a month ago. I have to say I had no idea it would cause such a problem. Plus the stigma that is attached to bed bugs made me quite embarrassed. Since I'm on a tight budget I shopped around for the best deal I could get. I kept getting about the same quote from all the "bigger" companies until a friend of the family referred me to Ampulex. I gave them a call and I could already tell just based off who I spoke to on the phone (seriously it was great customer service) that I made the right decision. A man named Eric came out to the house and I was blown away. It's very rare to not only get quick and knowledgable service, but to also get someone who you can tell is sincere about fixing your problem. He even reassured me bed bugs could happen to any home and not just "dirty" houses. He gave me a very affordable quote which put me to ease. He treated my property for the infestation very quickly and I'm proud to say today my home is bug free!!! I know this is a small company just starting out, but if they give the same service to everybody (which I'm sure they will), they will soon become one of the "bigger" companies...and rightfully so. Everyone at some point has to deal with a nasty bug that they would rather burn the house down than mess with. That is where we were at when we met Eric. I broke down and sent him an email at ten at night. They were promt with responding and quick to get to my house. They even came out on a weekend that worked best for my family. He was helpful and none judgemental with our issue. And to top it off, it didn't cost us an arm and leg! I would highly recommend him for any issue. He was knowledgeable and nice about it all! Thankfully, our bug issue has been taken care of with just one treatment. Eric, of Ampulex, promptly came to my home and took the time that I needed to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and add additional information. One day my worst nightmare came true I learned I had gotten bed bugs. we had just moved into our new home and I was devistated I was so freaked out it was unreal. my sister told me she used Apmulex for her son's problem so I called and I spoke to what seemed to be the nicest guy I have ever dealt with...he was quick to come check out my house and assured me he would take care of the problem and discussed the procedures that would be done and just by talking to Eric my mind was at ease by the time he left...I am HAPPY to say I am bug free...I would definately use Ampulex for any situation that may come about....very professional and knowledgeable Thank you so much Ampulex I can sleep in peace now....

I am posting this review just in case anyone is unsure about who you're getting when you call ampulex they are very concerned with your well-being and peace of mind they let you know that once they come that the bugs are not your problem but it is theirs and they keep their word we were very pleased and would always call them back they are the best

I have had this company come to my home a few times. Once for mice that discovered the bird seed in our garage and another time for carpenter ants. Eric (the owner) has an amazing amount of knowledge about the various pests and their tendencies. He even returned to check the baiting stations. I recently used Ampulex mosquito services. I have two small children that each summer get ate alive in my backyard. It's been so bad that I stopped letting them play outside last year, so this year I decided to call this company for help. The owner Eric was so helpful. He found water on my property filled with mosquito eggs and he treated the water and yard. It hasn't been long but we spent all memorial day outside and noticed a huge difference! These guys were great. Showed up on time on a Saturday morning. They did what i thought to be a thorough inspection and found nothing. (Much to my relief) They walked me though every step of the way and answered all of my questions no matter how silly or redundant.
