I will change my rating if they return my call back. I found fleas only 3 days after they exterminated. I’m not sure if he didn’t go everywhere or what happened. The gentlemen was super nice and my representative is super nice as well. This is about the service being done getting rid of the fleas and that has not happened apparently. I don’t enjoy paying for a service that doesn’t work. I hope they call me back and take care of this issue without charging me again I will not pay again for them to come out to exterminate again

Ace came threw in a pinch and took care of my mother-in-laws house that had a rodent problem. Tom, the sale manager, ( who is also a neighbor) schedule for one his technicians to come out 2 days after making the appointment. The technician was very professional and took the time to explain to my in law what was going on and why they were getting in. I’m extremely sensitive to insect bites of any kind (risking infection and a trip to the hospital), but I own a 100-year-old house and couldn’t keep the creepy crawlers away. So, I signed up for Ace’s quarterly service over a year ago and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I’m also not a fan of chemicals in my house, so I have them spray the exterior perimeter of the house and the detached garaged only, and it has worked like a charm without them stepping foot inside. Well worth the roughly $100/quarter.

Lǎoshǔ = BIG RAT!!! Translate In Chinese. ACE is the places that will KILL your little critters/rodents. We Took our the place over a year ago. Was dealing with HUGE rat and mouse issues, so we called Matt the sales Rep for ACE. He came over to HELP us right away with our Lǎoshǔ problem. There was over 100 killed in a weeks time. There was a older gentleman was working for ACE exterminating for years. He said he’s never ever seen so many (lǎoshǔ)rats and rodents in his life all the years he’s been at ACE exterminator :-O. It took ACE a few months to get rid of all of them thanks to Jim the exterminator. Ever since they’ve take care of our rodents problem. No issues. We would highly recommend them.
