Wilson and Sons have been doing my annual termite inspection since 2004, when we purchased our home. They came out each September and "inspected". In the spring my neighbor had an inspection done by another company. She let me know they had found some termite activity. Another neighbor also had some termite activity in her garage. When I called to ask Mr. Wilson if they could come out to check things out, I was told there would be a charge for them coming out. Today I had another company do my inspection. I also have some activity in my garage. I was very disappointed that after so many years of business they would not do a return visit to verify whether there was an issue. Makes me wonder how much of an inspection I was really getting.
