Administrative staff always calls the day before service is due to confirm and make sure appointment window is agreeable as well as ask if there are any special concerns they need to relay to the technicians. Technicians are punctual, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They are willing to answer questions and honest if they are unsure. If unsure, they find out the answer and follow up as soon as possible.

Steven and his company have been fantastic. We just bought a house in Fuquay that had been let go for several years from the prior owner. We were overrun with cockroaches, mosquitos and spiders. Despite being skeptical of the mosquito service, we were very impressed to have our yard back almost immediately. The spiders, bugs and most cockroaches were eliminated over 24hrs. Steven came back between monthly services to make sure that the cockroaches were removed. I can't say enough how impressed we are with Steven and his company. 9/27/17 We were about to have our home pressure washed when the serviceman said we had some hives of "something" up on the roof. We called Mike based on a referral from a wildlife expert in our area, and we could not be happier. Mike came out the same day and removed the problem in about 15 minutes. There were several hives up there and he took care of all the them for the price he quoted us over the phone. We cannot speak more highly of this company. If you have stinging things around your home and need help, call them!

Mike came out to my condo and sprayed for me, for roaches and outdoor insects. He was very understanding about my phobia to roaches and wasps. Just moved into a new place and found it infested, it was horrible. Luckily we were able to contact NC pest control for help. They were polite and professional and made sure to get all the details of what we had seen and then did some investigating of their own. They sprayed our yard and did the inside of our house for us, for a price that we could afford. After moving we didn't have much money so that's saying a lot. Will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

Mark just left our house after doing a termite inspection and I had to stop what I was doing and write this review. I am SO thankful that I had NC Pest Control come out and do this inspection. Last week, an *unnamed* company that offered free termite inspections came out to our house, told us we had a problem and that it was going to be $800 to treat it. Mark came out today, and found no active termites, and gave us the peace of mind we needed to hear. He was even familiar with the NC laws that the other company's sales tech was not. It's such a breath of fresh air to have a company who you can TRUST to call on when you need them. Thank you guys for being an honest company.

I appreciate the thoroughness of your company and we use your company quarterly and have been most pleased. However, recently on a very rainy day we had one of your inspectors come into our home for a termite inspection WITHOUT SHOE COVERS walking on my off-white carpet in my bedroom and foyer - squeezed behind my Christmas tree in the corner and had us move our buffet full of dishes from the wall. A little too much we felt and very invaded. We appreciate thoroughness but this was a bit much!!! My husband wouldn't dare try to go behind my tree! My husband almost said something but he didn't have to because I beat him to the punch! I will admit, I came home sick today - wanted to rest - and this is what I came home to. Please consider shoe covers when your technicians enter someone's home - especially on a rainy day!!! WOW!!!

Hands down the best service I could ask for! Selling my house and inspection found some minor potential activity and the preferable need for a new moisture barrier. NC Pest Control quoted me lower to do BOTH than other companies were wanting for one. It gets better. House sells a few weeks later, and a termite inspector finds a very small point of activity far away from the crawlspace where NCPC had worked, and they *STILL* came out and treated it for me for free. I wish I had known about this company when I moved into the area years ago and can only hope I find one like them in my new town.

When calling around to get quotes for services, NC Pest was the only one to get back to me quickly. I even called back and was able to get a live person to answer on the 2nd ring, unlike the automated phone systems at other well known companies. I found their price point for services are very competitive for their industry The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He worked diligently and finished the treatment in a timely manner. Time will tell on the effectiveness of treatment as it was treated just yesterday. But I have no reason to believe I will not be satisfied. As to customer service (the reason for the 5 ⭐️ rating) I would recommend NC Pest to anyone!!

He identified ants that I hadn't ever noticed before.
