They are honest, friendly and dependable. They came to Johnston County and were more efficient and cheaper than some other local companies. Their office staff is good and accommodate your schedule, and the guys who came out to do the work we're great. On one of the hottest days ever they didn't let the heat slow them down. I'm very pleased with their service and they now have my quarterly contract.

I've had good experiences with this company. They feel like a smaller business that is actively growing, and their customer service reflects that (always polite, have been reliable, etc.). The only area of opportunity is in terms of the logistics of the business itself (for example, played phone tag for a while when trying to pay the first bill; we never ended up getting up with each other, and then I got a paper bill in the mail), but that's to be expected when you work with a business that is actively growing, and it does not diminish their actual service or kindness in the least.

I am editing this review because the business contacted me over the mistake they made. They were able to explain to me what happened with my appointment (a computer glitch) and the guy was super nice. For the simple fact that they reached out to me and tried to fix the problem, I am changing my number of stars from 1 to 3. After my upcoming appointments, I will update again to reflect my satisfaction with their services. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] I would have given this place 0 stars if that was possible. After getting quite a bit of run around trying to get an appointment set up, they were finally due to come out here and spray and guess what? Nobody showed up and when I called, I was told I was not scheduled that day at that time. I should have paid more attention to other people's reviews, which clearly indicate these types of issues are consistent with this particular company.

Highly recommend all the staff are very professional and polite. The chemicals never bother me or my pets. I've never seen a bug get more than 2 inches from a door or window in my house very affective and cost efficient.

From the receptionist team to the technicians, they take the time to fully explain every aspect of the services they offer and assist you with selecting the services that best fit your needs. Oh, and did I mention that they have extremely low prices for the amazing level of service that they provide? I am a lifelong customer and will continue to recommend this great company to all of my friends, family and coworkers. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate the amount of peace of mind we have with having Canady’s servicing our home!

Well I was looking forward to supporting a local business, but that never happened. I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 9:30-11:30 (as recommended by scheduling department) for quote and spray... got a quote, but no spray due to time ...so we scheduled it for Tuesday between 11:00-1:00. I patiently waited but nobody showed up. I called at 1:05 asking if anyone was showing up and left a detailed message hoping to give the company another chance to reschedule. I never received a call back. I have motion sensor cameras which would have picked up if anyone came to my door at another time. SUMMARY... technician no-showed, never received a call back to reschedule, nobody showed up the next 2 days. SOLUTION... found another reliable company.

I would highly recommend Canady’s in Vass, NC for all of your needs. From start to finish-, Canady’s was professional, informative, reliable, and competent. I researched on line and obtained 8 quotes from local companies for pest control, termite protection, and a crawl space encapsulation from June 2017 to August 2017. Mr. McNeil came to my house, did the inspections, and took measurements for my crawl space encapsulation quote. He was the ONLY company representative out of 8, that could answer all of my questions and explain the process for encapsulating my crawlspace. He was not just “selling the job” like the other 7 companies did. His price was less than the other companies I obtained quotes from. However, the encapsulation included a dehumidifier and sump pump that were not included in the competitions prices. I contracted with them for the pest control, termite inspection and the crawlspace encapsulation. The crews for each service were polite, courteous, professional, reliable, and hard working. The encapsulation was completed in 3 days, just as it was contracted for! The quality of the work is impeccable for the encapsulation. I was impressed that the crews worked quietly each day with no radio blaring, profanity, or “street talk” between them. The crews cleaned up after themselves each day and you would not even know they were there working. Again, I highly recommend Canady’s in Vass, NC for any of your needs.

Very disappointed with the overall service. Internally there is a huge breakdown in communication, and in the field there is at least one tech who will lie right to your face. Maybe they are paid on the amount of jobs they complete and will do whatever in necessary to check it off? I can't imagine any owner would encourage behavior like this.

When we purchased our new home last year our realtor (Polly Simpson: Maison Realty) gave us the contact information for Canady's Pest Control. As soon as I called the receptionist answered and was extremely pleasant when setting up our appointments for regular pest control and mosquitos. All the technicians we've met have also been great and will explain anything about the services they provide that you need. On a couple of occasions they have run behind schedule or had to reschedule, but we are called immediately and offered a sincere apology. We will continue to support this local business.

We usually schedule a quarterly service from 8:00 to 10:00. The never show up on time. Today, they were supposed to be here. At 9:55, I called to ask what the issue was. Turns out, no one confirmed the appointment in the computer, so no one was coming. There was no offer of compensation, just that they could come out at 1:00 and spray the outside. What kind of business operates that way? I bet they would charge me if I wasn't here and they showed up.
