Ever since I hired RJS, my place of business has been pest-free. With so much experience, services are brief and accurate. Techs are always on-time and very helpful. First thing my tech does is ask me if there are any problems that need to be initially addressed. Then he proceeds to inspect and treat all critical areas. RJS is convenient because they come in the morning before my business opens to the public. These guys are in-and-out with high efficiency and wonderful customer service. I would recommend RJS to anyone with a history of pest issues.

WOW! RJS really knows how to make problems go away. And I’m not talking small problems, I’m talking HUGE American Roaches!! A couple weeks ago, one of my chefs had complained that he spotted a cockroach crawl across the floor in the kitchen. I did a little investigating myself and uncovered a mass infestation under the dishwasher. After receiving a referral from a friend, I decided to contact RJS. Thank God I did. A tech had arrived the same day and started to work immediately. He sprayed the area under the dishwasher and underwent inspection throughout the restaurant. Along in finding another spot where the roaches had laid their eggs. After treating all areas, the tech asked me if I had any questions. I am so grateful for the expertise of RJS. They truly know how to deal with their customers.

Couldn’t ask for more! I had contacted RJS due to a bed bug issue at my hotel. After receiving complaints of bug bites on one of my guest’s arms and legs, I knew that this problem had to be solved quickly. When I reached out to RJS, they calmed my nerves telling me that help was on the way. A tech arrived at my hotel and I showed him the room where the guest had been bit. In a matter of minutes, the tech confirmed that there were bed bugs present. I started to panic but the tech relaxed me and told me his game plan. It was a lot simpler than I thought. I have never been one to really go out of my way to write a review about companies that I have worked with. That being said, I have worked with RJS Pest in several different hotel properties throughout the years. Hotel Pest control in NYC is not always black and white, and it's crucial that a company is able to respond quickly to issues that come up and also conduct themselves in an extremely professional manner (this is the hotel business after all). I have worked with several other larger companies, and their service did not even come close to what RJS has to offer. When it comes to extermination in NYC - RJS delivers.

A few weeks ago, a guest at my local restaurant had come up to me showing bug bites all over his legs. I had no idea where the bites had come from but I could tell that they were fresh. I gave RJS a call and they sent someone out right away. The tech found the problem in a matter of minutes. There were bed bugs who laid eggs in one of the booths in the dining area. The tech immediately sprayed for them, resulting in the end of my problem. RJS handled the issue with simplicity, along with kindness. Worst company in America I called to make an appointment on Monday this must have been the guys first job he didn’t complete the job ain’t all he was suppose to look for holes and seal them and didn’t do anything the contract said he will do I would not recommend this company to no one unless you like giving out free money then I called them i basically paid a stranger to walk in my home and do nothing and the worst part about it I called the manager many times he has not got back to me yet this makes a week and my problem has not been solved customer services sucks the managements sucks everything about this company sucks !!!!!!

The quickness of RJS is ridiculous. I had a recent rodent problem in the kitchen of my restaurant and I decided to call RJS for help. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who directly put me in their system. After asking me a series of questions he got someone to me right away. The tech arrived and greeted me kindly. Then he set up a few traps which I was told to leave overnight. The next morning, I found the culprits laid out caught in the traps. What would I have done without RJS? I Probably would have been forced to close my Sports Bar, leading me into the trench of failure. Last week, my Bar experienced a mass fly infestation due to my employees improperly cleaning a drain in the kitchen. Following a referral from a dear friend, I desperately called RJS. Job Well Done! All-Around excellent service was presented to my place of business after having a major fly infestation. There were larvae found in multiple areas at the restaurant I work at. But after making the call, RJS had sent someone to us the same day. The tech was highly experienced. When he arrived, he already knew where to look. I didn’t even have to tell him. These guys are good! After treating for flies, the tech suggested that a fly light would help prevent another fly issue.
