I have been using Rite A Way pest control for 2 years now. They have performed bed bug treatments on numerous apartments for my tenants. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They stand by there name Rite A Way because not only do they treat the bed bug issue rite a way they also come to there appointments rite a way. I highly recommend using them for any pest control issues you may have.

Great service. Guys show up in my apt building monthly, each day they're supposed to, and ring or knock on each apt to make sure no one has a problem. They spray for roaches, and ck for mice/rats. Also check building's cellar. The owner, Lenny, once accompanied a new service employee on his initial rounds to make sure he was trained correctly. To me, this showed good business judgment on personally caring for his company's rep.

Rite-A-Way pest control provides an extraordinary level of services and an unmatched level of knowledge. I had an issue in my home a few months back. They city was breaking up my street and I had a few mice enter my house. Needless to say my wife and daughter were extremely scared and upset. I call several companies to try and fix the issues, all to no avail. I was recommended to Rite-A-Way so I skeptically I called figuring they are all the same. Boy was I wrong. Upon entering I can see that this wasn't business as usual. The Technician looked extremely professional in his clean, neat uniform, his friendliness and knowledge was immediately evident. within 3 days the issues was resolved. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control. They stand miles ahead in an otherwise crowded field. Lenny B

RIP-OFF ALERT!. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a total rip off and the owner is a foul mouthed rude nasty individual. Have had nothing but problem after problem with this company and cant believe they are still in business. Unprofessional, lazy and in our experience, they fail to show up 90% of the time. When they did show up, they spend less then 5 minutes and their chemicals dont even work Honestly, Raid works better.. When you call to ask about the no show exterminator or ask why their sprays and gel does not work, the owner just starts cursing and threatening, he had a tantrum. This company is a complete and total scam and deserves to be ahut down. for good!!! Buyer Beware!!!! RIPOfF ALERT

I’ve been dealing with a rodent problem in my apartment for months. After 2 other exterminating companies couldn’t fix the problem, I tried Rite Away Pest Control. The owner, Steve, called me immediately after hearing my story and said he would send someone the next day to get it fixed. His technician was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about my problem and what he needed to do to fix it. Its been 3 weeks and so far my rodent problem has been solved! I would recommend this exterminating company to all my family and friends.

Not only did he reassure me my rodent problem would be handled but explained different ways of doing so .. as so they don’t come back.. sent over his technicians that were polite and courteous of my needs.. they did an extraordinary job... I’ve used many of commercial companies in the past and have not had the confidence as i did with Riteway. i own multiple family units and decided to give Riteway a shot .. they know will be handling all of my properties... Excellent, punctual service. My exterminator, Lenny, was kind and courteous, going about his business while answering many of my questions and concerns about some recent roach problems. He was especially aware and conscientious about my cats, making sure to keep them away from where he sprayed. Definitely going to look into more regular visits.

worst pest control ever！ pest control was not working in the first two time，it's difficult to schedule third treatment，cancelled because the examinator cant arrive on time，schedule time line is from 9 to 1PM，have to keep callling and calling to get Re schedule，still not get, after two days，still said I will call you tomorrow，fake advertisement！fake name，right away means for ever，far away

Steve and the entire Rite A Way team has been extremely helpful during my apartment bug issues. We reached out to his company at 11pm on a Wednesday night and Steve the owner personally got back to me at 8am the next morning. He called me personally to discuss the concerns I had then sent one of his employees to my apartment a few hours later. A few days later I saw another bug and I was able to contact him via text message and he answered on a Saturday night. He truly cares about his customers and I would recommend him to anyone with any sort of pest control issues.
