Andrew was our technician, and he was professional, patient (I asked a lot of questions) and efficient (the whole visit didn't last more than 45 minutes). He did a thorough job looking for all possible entry points in all of the rooms and sealing them in a matter of 40 minutes. The operators are also really helpful and customer friendly, should you have any lingering questions or concerns. If you are a first time homeowner who is experiencing pest problems, and you have kids and pets in your household, I would recommend this company.

I have a 117 year-old brownstone ríe-house in Brooklyn, which shares brick masonry tenant partition walls with two other neighboring houses and it seems that mice travel from one or more of them into my top floor in a very regular basis. I have gone through several exterminating companies over the year until I found Organic Pest Control NYC. I call them the first time and they were excellent! The best by far. They’re effective, courteous reliable service both both costumer service and individual exterminators. They know their trade very well and even educate the costumer about pest control. I decided to get a contract and it’s great! They come as much as needed and they are always available to come to you relatively soon after your request. A couple of days usually, never more than a week. I highly recommend them.

Was very excited to use this company to help me rid my home of possible cat fleas. Had an appointment that I actually took off work for, only for it to be cancelled an hour before because the "technician was sick". Extremely unprofessional, but wait! theres more! Instead of being offered maybe a discount for their mistake that inconvenienced me, a potential client, i was just forced to speak to a despicable piece of trash that shouldn't be allowed to do customer service. Instead of being polite and explaining what happened after being extremely misinformed by their customer service worker, I was given the worst attitude and condescending responses ever. The man told me for flea treatment, they do inspections first (which broomhilda on the phone said that it is not possible to inspect for fleas) then treat where I can be in the home while my cat stays in bathroom with towel under door for an hour, which was all incorrect. The man told me there would be no prep work involved, she rudely informed me there was a ton of prep work but didnt actually tell me any of it. After explaining my frustration, as kind and as professional as I could, this woman goes "have a good day" so in confusion, I repeat her and she has the audacity to repeat herself as if thats how you respond when someone says something you arent professional enough to reply to correctly. This was a terrible waste of time and a horrible experience. The man on the phone who misinformed me so badly needs proper training and the woman who called to do god knows what, needs a lesson in communication and reality. fire her. please use any other company, as they are much cheaper and much more polite. check groupon! plenty of deals right now for the season!

Organic Pest Control was an awesome discovery. The phone operator was very kind and scheduled an appointment best for me. When the service technician arrived, he found all of the areas that I was having issues at and was able to fix all of them. There is no chemical smell and the traps are hidden. He took his time and went over everything he did. He also advised me what I should do in my garage to keep any pests away. They are a very helpful company. A women was extremely rude to me and became hostile after I told her to please cancel my appointment, since it is too much money for me at this time. She quickly scoffed at me, " you SURE you want to live with gnats??!! wow okay." She said this in a very condescending and hostile way, and I was taken quite by surprise. AMAZING - BEST EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR. I called them at 4am freaking out about a mouse, and they calmed me down on the phone, but said that they couldn’t get a technician to the apartment for 48 hours. Got a call back a few hours later to schedule a same-day appointment! Technician was at my apartment by noon as promised, and was SO NICE and understanding. Sealed up all holes in the wall, checked the other rooms in the apartment, and gave lots of helpful advice on what to do moving forward. I am incredibly scared of any rodents/pests and they made the experience so comforting and painless. No questions asked - make your appointment with them.

I was scheduled for a flea treatment and the day of the appointment I received a phone call telling me that the guy that was scheduled to come to my house to fumigate had cancelled due to a family emergency and they wanted to reschedule the appointment. I explained to the person on the phone that I was due for a flea treatment which required to schedule a simultaneous appointment with the vet for a flea bath. My dog was at the vet and I couldn’t bring him home until my house was treated for fleas. Besides, I had vacuumed the entire house in preparation for the treatment. The person on the phone was very understanding and sent another person to do the treatment. I was very thankful and was impressed with the seriousness and level of commitment of this company. They sent Ricardo J. to treat the house and he explained to me everything that he was going to do, asked me for the main spots where my dog laid, advised me on what to do with certain clothes, bedding and objects, and recommended a product to put on the dog to keep the fleas away in the future.
