Yes the team was friendly and professional. However, after the first treatment I reached out to give an update. There was still some evidence of bed bugs in my apartment. Over a month and I still haven’t gotten a response. I was also told that a follow up treatment would be done 3-4 weeks after the initial spraying, it’s been over a month and again no one has contacted me. For me using Odin was a waste of money. I took matters into my own hands and bought products online to treat my apartment. So far so good, I haven’t seen any in a week or so. I will continue to spray every two weeks to ensure I got them all. Also the first thing the tech told me to do even before his inspection, was to “discard all my furniture, bed frame, mattress and box spring”. If discarding my things was the only 100% way of eliminating the issue why spend $560 on your treatment/service? Tsk Tsk- thankfully I read up online and bought products that so far are getting the job done.

1. The exterminator/inspector impressed me before he even entered our home. Gene was very professional and personable. He walked through our home with me showing what to look for with the various types of pests. I learned a lot from him. After walking through our home he was very honest and told us that we were in no need of any treatments for pests. I was afraid he might make up some reason to sell us their services, but he instead gave us an honest answer. He also informed us of not only services they offer, but also of services offered by other exterminator companies. He refused to down talk any of the other companies, but wanted us to know the options and what extermination methods each company uses. The inspection provided was 100% free which was great. Not only can we live in peace knowing our home is pest free, but we also now know a lot more about initial steps to take when we do get them and preventative measures to utilize thanks to the great service received.

Odin Pest Control is without a doubt an excellent pest control company. They do a thorough job each service time. If there is a problem outside of the regular spraying etc., they will do their best to help take care of it. We had an ant problem with carpenter ants that they worked with until it was completely taken care of. We have had a mouse problem recently in our basement. Our service tech Gene Axelrod did several things to help get rid of them. He called today to check with me to make sure there was no more evident mouse activity. He is very through when he comes and he always tells me to call if I have a problem. I would highly recommend Odin Pest Control.

They did a wonderful job inspecting my house.Gene took the time to show me so I could see them for myself (thank goodness we only see a couple).
