We hired Liberty Pest Control to help us with a, hmm, let's say "issue" in our office. The building manager uses this company in another building he manages, so we went with them. They were nice when selling us on their services, but were totally incompetent after we signed on the bottom line. They came a handful of times, then kept cancelling or saying they were coming, then did not. They seem totally unorganized when you call the office. However, they kept billing us! Why on earth would we pay the bills when they didn't come to our office? So...we didn't pay the bills, although they kept coming. They tried to get our credit card number when we signed up, but didn't give it to them. Super glad we didn't or we'd be fighting them via American Express! We fired Liberty and found and hired a competent company. Unfortunately, we are stuck having paid a $200 "setup" fee. What a scam. Stay away from them and avoid this headache.

I use this company for any and all of my pest problems. They are efficient and thorough. I had a wonderful experience with the specialist, John Murphy, who was able to explain in great detail the issues going on in my home. He made me feel safe and comfortable with the chemicals being used and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely continue to use LPC!

STOP HARASSING OUR BUSINESS! They call businesses hoping that someone different would pick up the phone so they can schedule an inspection and hit you up with a bill. Lately they don't even say the name of the company. Please stop calling!! This place should be reported to the BBB

Kenny K is an amazing, thorough, and well schooled employee for liberty. His knowledge of pest control techniques and animal behavior is impressive. His willingness to go above, below, and through to fix any problem is greatly appreciated in a time when most people just come in and collect a paycheck. Kenny does not just try and fix the problem but educate the customer on how to improve the situation they are dealing with. He brings experience and knowledge that no other pest control expert has ever shown in my 20+ years in the restaurant business. Kenny has made my life so much easier and for that I thank and recommend him to anyone with a problem situation or just trying to run a clean and respectable operation. He comes in with the newest techniques and products to insure safety and effectiveness.

I've used Liberty for three years at multiple commercial locations in Manhattan and James is my go-to contact any time I need to add services. I've never had any issues throughout the years. They hold keys to all of my establishments and they have never once given me any reason to void that level of trust. I have found them to be very transparent with pricing and their technicians are professional and knowledgeable in every aspect, especially Anthony. Any time we have issues, this crew is on top of it very quick. Obviously in a city covered with rats and many other little creatures, I frankly would not trust many other providers.

Liberty Pest Control was fast, friendly, and evidently experienced. Bed bugs is the worst experience I ever experienced in my life especially since I have a one year old. By using LIBERTY I now have peace of mind knowing that the bugs are nothing to worry about. I don't remember the last time any service in the city provided such exceptional customer service with the friendliness. MARIO, my technician was prompt, pleasant, professional and polite! He was incredibly thorough and really knew what he was doing. The Staff at LIBERTY took the time to listen to all my concerns answered all my questions (and yes I did have a lot). If you are in need of pest control ,I highly recommend this company !

worst service. they just charge your credit card in their file and dont sent accessories for 3 months until you ask for it again. they are just interested in charging money. worst service, also when you tell there technician(when they come to spray at your place) that some dead mouse smell is coming they reply that i am having allergy and runny nose so i cannot smell " i am sorry"

There are literally dozens of higher rated pest specialists in NYC. Look elsewhere. Fast. I've been forced to deal with Liberty as this was the preferred pest control specialist that my building manager had on retainer. 1st appointment: they were a no show. They literally didn't show up and never called. When I called later that day, they didn't "know what went wrong" with their calendar system. I rescheduled. 2nd appointment: they came at the wrong time (house guest let them in) and ignored the instructions on their work order entirely. They didn't actually do what they were there to do even though there were explicit instructions. I rescheduled again. 3rd appointment: they were again a no show. C'mon guys. When I called to inquire, I recognized the voice of the man I had previously spoken to. When I gave them my address he said "please hold" and another man answered the phone and then said they had no record of the appointment. I rescheduled, yet again. 4th appointment: Showed up and needed to add on another visit. 5th appointment: Showed up and said they weren't authorized to do what they had previously been told to do. Left without fulfilling the work order. This is a nightmare. Liberty's inability to schedule appointments and follow work orders is baffling. Every time you call you have to re-explain your situation. I'm convinced there is no centralized system and everything is done without any semblance of organization. It's clear from my own experience, and other reviews around the internet that Liberty is a business run by an unorganized and unapologetic bunch that has little concern for your time and well-being. Stay away.

Three months after I informed them that I will no longer use their services they are still charging my CC for the monthly fee despite the fact that I called them and brought it to their attention. I will have to call my card to dispute the charges. Very unprofessional. Be careful. Not recommended.
