These guys took good care of me when they showed up to the house. Literally from start to finish. We ended up having ants, not roaches or mice or anything regular like that, yes ants. They were everywhere and in to everything. I like that when the guy showed up he was not only respectful and polite but he also wore those little microfiber booties over his shoes so as not to dirty up the floors. Also I don;t know if this is a company policy or not but he was very well groomed. Hair cut and beard trimmed up. All and all a very delightful experience and I will for sure be calling them for their services again, I mean come on, its New York.

I had a horrible mouse problem in my house back in April. I put down traps, poison and tried my best to close up any holes. Sadly, my efforts did not work. My cousin told me about Harlem's Pest Control Guys. I called them up and told them my concerns. They scheduled a visit within a few days. Even when the exterminator arrived, I asked him a bunch of questions and he was more than happy to answer them. He went above and beyond to actually search through my place and help me with my issues. He even told me to give them a call back if I had any other problems. Thankfully, I haven't see a mouse in months. Their pries are very reasonable and I couldn't be happier to not have to deal with vermin anymore. Totally recommend them!

I had been dealing with bed bugs for such a long time... I would constantly through away furniture because of this problem! I tried everything to remove these horrible pests... I tried every bug spray, tried to turn the heat up on them, nothing worked. I was spending so much money on bug spray and new furniture that these bugs would just end up ruining. Finally I called this company and they removed these bugs for good. I was so happy. And I have been bed bug free for a month now. No sign of these devil bugs.
