I was extremely nervous about getting bedbugs I spoke with Matthew he was very professional and calmed my nerves down. He spent a solid 30 minutes with me on the phone during our first conversation and I was very impressed by the way he could explain things and take time to work with me. Needless to say I hired them and I’ve been bedbug free for the last four months. I am extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone that needs help with the bedbug issue. Not having to pack everything up was a huge bonus and the reason we went with them. We will definitely be using them again if we have any other pest issues, thanks Matt !!

Having over 130 rental apartments, I’ve dealt with the worst of worst when it comes to services offered. Exterminators especially. Who knows if the chemical they are spraying is just indeed water? After trial and error and dealing with fly by nights, I pleasantly stumbled upon this gentleman named Matt. Upon speaking to Matt, I almost thought it was too good to be true. Reassuring me the bed bug elimination process will be smooth sailing, bare minimum prepping needed on my end and my tenants. Fast forward to my inspection date and first day of treatment. A young gentleman named Will showed up with a helper, both professional and both in uniform. Little to their knowledge I have cameras throughout my communal hallways where I was able to watch them coming and going out of the unit. They spent two hours on a two bedroom apartment that had a bed bug problem. No signs of any eggs or bugs after their treatment and nothing in the adjacent apartments as well. Something that surprised me during their visit... upon the two leaving with their equipment and loading up their vehicle, I watched Will on my cameras re enter my building with a sprayer and quickly sprayed the main foyer up to the elevators from the front door. Come to find out it was complimentary just to show their attention to detail in pest control. With that being said. They have my business through and through. From regular maintenance , to termite work on my private residence in Long Island. As well as beg bug issues with tenants. Hope I won’t be needing you guys in the near future, but it makes it comfortable knowing I have a professional contact for such issues!

These guys deserve 5 STARS on the excellent results in eliminating the roach problem that was out of control at my Mom's house. I met Henry by chance when I saw him with his exterminating tools walking past my mothers house looking for an address. I asked him if he could take a look at the infestation that had engulfed the house and he told me sure since he was a bit early for his next appointment. After the inspection which he called extreme roach infestation he proceeded to apply the first treatment just to knock them down and would require a couple followup visits to eliminate the problem. Even though the first treatment did make a dent, I called him back 6 weeks later to apply a second treatment. To be honest I really didn't think this would eliminate the roaches as they were starting to repopulate but after the second treatment 3 months ago there is not a sign of a live roach. To be Frank I'm shocked he totally eliminated the infestation as a few tried before with no results. Thanks Henry Astoria NY

Our representative that comes out to our house is Matt and he is very polite and knowledgeable. The only problem is if I want to have an appointment to be there when they schedule me I must call the office and schedule a second appointment to have the inside done. Other than that we have been very happy with them.Today we were at our shore house when he arrived. He inspected inside and out. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company! Recently, I had a bedbug scare, and like most people, I panicked. I called EZ Bed Bug Exterminator, and spoke with Matthew, describing what I found. Matthew recommended that I text him pictures of the evidence to ensure it was bed bug related before coming to my house. Otherwise, I would have to pay a fee even if there was no evidence of bed bugs found. I texted Matthew on numerous occasions for what I thought might be bed bug related. Luckily, each time I was assured it was not. Matthew responded to all of my panicked, potentially ridiculous, texts in a professional and timely manner. I am very grateful I contacted EZ Bed Bug Exterminators and highly recommend this company. Matt from EZ bed bug exterminator was super helpful! I was worried I had bed bugs when I spoke with him on the phone. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the services they offered (they seem to offer the least manual/most price friendly option in NYC). He even let me send him pictures of my bed directly to his cell phone. Luckily he confirmed that I do not have bed bugs. That being said, I would use his service if I was ever in that situation.

They're the best. These are the people you need to call if you have a BB situation. Why: For starters, they're really nice and knowledgeable. Their prices are also reasonable as well. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the combination of chemicals they use make it so you do not need to bag up all of your belongings. Matthew is amazing. He is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. He explained everything several times and stood behind his work to the fullest. He came back several times more than originally planned (without getting upset) until we finally got the “all clear” from the dogs. He responded to texts very quickly. I would certainly recommend using him. Thank you Matthew and your team for making this process as stress free as possible. What I learned about bed bugs: It can take months (think around 6) to get the “all clear” if you were infested. Don’t let it stress you - after the first spraying, almost all of them are gone and you just need to keep going until the dog doesn’t find anymore. Don’t let it ruin half a year. You probably won’t find out where they came from. You want to keep it quiet unless you want to pay to send dogs to the people that were at your home and possibly pay for their bed bug treatment if they have. You’ll want to buy mattress and box spring encasements and put them on right after the first spraying so that no bugs can come out of the mattress and none can hide inside to protect themselves from dying. Also you’ll be able to see if you still have an infestation quicker with the encasements. The cleanest, fanciest homes get bed bugs. It has nothing to do with hygiene. It can be caused from traveling frequently. We just need to be thankfully that it doesn’t happen to us even more often, G-d forbid. Thanks for reading. My building has been bugs. Luckily, the first time we had them, I used this company and I won't use another! They are polite, professional, but not tonight. They're very knowledgeable. They give good advice and, most importantly, GET RID OF YOUR BUG PROBLEM. :) They have a warrenty which I've never needed to use. As a DISABLED person, with cats, they made things as easy as possible for me. Plus, they have reasonable prices compared to others offering the same services.
