Tracked one down that got stuck in our walls (probably my fault for scaring it so much). Investigated and patched up any holes they might have snuck through. Nevertheless, the service guy who came to our apartment gave us great individual attention, took all the time he needed to address the mice problem we've been having, and made an extra trip to his truck to get further mouse traps when the saw the problem was greater than anticipated. In short, great individual service. I highly recommend them.
