The team from Broadway Exterminating were really great! They were on time for the scheduled and were equipped with the best stuff to do their work. Speaking of work, they were indeed very efficient and thorough with it. I also like their quick response to my call and they were very knowledgeable indeed. It was also easy working with them. It's no wonder they have been around for a quite long time because of their great service. I would recommend these people here.

Broadway Exterminating is our go to exterminator service company. They’ve been servicing our buildings monthly for the last three years. The company and staff are professional, reliable, honest, courteous, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They’ve bent over backwards to accommodate our tenants and our office. I’ve worked with many other exterminating companies and most are expensive and unreliable. Broadway is absolutely one of the best exterminating companies.

I live in the Riverdale area of the Bronx... My building is clean and kept in very good condition .... however, my only problem is that my apartment is next to the (garbage) chute and once in a while i would see some roaches here and there ...specially in the summertime... So I called Broadway Exterminating Co. (My neighbor on the second floor used them before they moved in) Needless to say I have not seen a roach in the whole year ... they were very helpful ... they gave me tips on prevention and offered me options for them to do service Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly and even 2 times a year service... I chose the quarterly service and now every 3 months they send the same technician to treat my apartment ...and at a great price .. so if you are having problems with pests ...call Broadway! MSR

I discovered my neighbor had bedbugs and called Broadway. They promptly came over, did a thorough inspection of my place. They were incredibly nice and non alarmist, which I really appreciated under the circumstances. They found no evidence of infestation in my place yet and showed me ways to protect myself as best I could. They did a preventative spray to ease my mind and then showed me ways to protect myself in the best possible way. I found their prices and products, I got a bedbug mattress cover and one for my box spring too and also a preventative spray for baseboards and crevices in my apartment, of excellent quality and affordability. It's been 3 months and so far I'm still bedbug free.

The whole team from this company is definitely great and amazing. They were very thorough with the inspections and I can tell that they are using some really advanced equipment. Can't speak for their pest control, but I can speak about how their employees treat people on the street. I had these two employees drive around my car and take the parking space I was waiting for. When I got out and told them I was waiting for that spot, they just laughed and told me it was not their problem. Sure this is New York, but you don't steal a spot when someone is waiting for it.
