I do not always give a review. However, I do not have any negative feedback with my order with bedbug911 so this is easy for me. I do not like to pay for shipping and this was a crisis situation dealing with bedbugs. I took my chances, agreed to the standard free shipping service, and was please to receive my Hygea Natural King Size Standard Bed Bug Mattress Cover in four (4) days! By this time I had stood the mattress against the wall with spacers for air to circulate behind and underneath the mattress. I heated my room to 125 degrees F for several hours. As I waited for the mattress cover to arrive, I was thinking about the fit and quality. I was also concerned about slipping the cover over the mattress in the upright position. To my pleasant surprise, the cover slipped on over the mattress with enough give to slide easily. On the other hand, the fit is snug with no baggy excess material hanging over the edges. I thought I had aranged for the zipper to be toward the bottom side of the mattress but I got confused. The zipper is on the pillow top side against the wall. Oh well. The zipper operated smoothly. I was sure to fasten the velcro on the end that houses the zipper tab. The mattress is going into storage so no big deal about the zipper. Even with a label on the end opposite the zipper end printed with "This side up," I may not have gotten the zipper in my perferred correct position. Thanks to bedbug911 for your help. I may be too optimistic, but I think my problem is gone because of my quick response and your quick delivery! Thanks.

I really like that Bed Bug 911 offers natural extermination methods. My grandmother has asthma so we had very limited options. I strongly recommend their bed bug treatment products. They were scent free, and we did not need to leave the house during extermination.

This company is AMAZING! My tenant is a hoarder and we found out after bed bugs were coming into our apartment from the ventilation system. It was a nightmare and a very difficult situation but they got the job done. What I really liked about them is that they have a cleaning background so they were also able help my tenant clean up and also exterminate the entire building. Bedbug911 was professional, honest and a life saver during a frightening and extremely stressful experience. I work in the home care industry where i spend most of my days going into different homes. One day i discovered strange bite looking marks all over my body, and immediately assumed it was bedbug bites. I then immediately and frantically called bedbug911 through a friends referral. I was literally in tears as i called, and not only did they help me feel calmer with just a phone call, but they sent an exterminator to my house right away who arrived within that same hour! And thats not even the best part. Once the exterminator arrived (who himself was professional, knowledgable, and very nice), he took his time to thoroughly look through my entire apartment and all my belongings, and answered every question I had. Upon completion, he gave me the best news- I didn't have bedbugs!! He was honest, and didn't just try to take advantage of me in a state of distress, to make a quick buck, which is a rare trait in most businesses today. I was so appreciative and ecstatic! He then explained different options for me such as mattress encasements and preventative spraying, to make sure i don't have to worry about bedbugs again!
