If you need help with bed bugs, call them! I called them and the was able to get me in the day of! Our tech walked me through the whole process and even followed up over the next few days— asking if I had gotten any more bites and if things were going better. God bless these guys because they also took a phone call from my mother who was freaking out thinking that I had brought bedbugs with me when I visited for the holidays. They are very knowledgeable and I recommend to anyone searching for a bedbug exterminator.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had in the NYC area in a long time, which is not what you would first think when finding a bug in your apartment. I called Matthew during the dinner hour (probably slightly inconvenient for him) and he answered immediately. Matthew's a bug expert without a doubt. Not only did he ask right off the bat for photos of the pest, but he identified the bug with a direct and thorough answer within seconds. Since this turned out to be a non-life threatening situation. he provided tips to help prevent these little guys from multiplying. What a stand up guy! Great experience - and Matthew is a rockstar entomology expert!!

Matt's approach is well researched and endorsed by some very well known experts in the field. Check Youtube for informational videos by Dr. Changlu Wang Ph.D, the leading urban Entomoligist at Rutgers University and others like Jeff White and Dr. R. Cooper on the benefits of the low prep approach for for containing and eradicating. I had a great experience with Beach Pest- from Ellen at the back office, who is very well educated and understanding during a time people usually freak out- also very prompt and efficient regarding appointments , scheduling and follow up. Matt is everything that you hope for during a time like this and above all honest and backs up his work. My highest recommendation.

It's been about two months since our treatment and still no signs of the critters. It was a very non-invasive procedure relative to what was advertised by competitors, owing to the fact that our infestation was relatively minor and Beach Pest apparently avoids overkill. We had a number of phone calls along the way with Matt and Ellen, who were both informative and transparent. We spoke with several other companies when first reviewing the market and none of them were as easy to deal with and reasonably priced. Health was a major concern of ours and they provided lots of details to put our minds at ease.

Better than M&M- I spoke to Matthew, the owner. A neighbor of mine had a potential infestation and was pushing me to pay for an inspection with M&M. I called Matthew for a second opinion. He was honest and patient and very knowledgeable. AND HIS ADVICE WAS TO NOT HIRE HIM. How often does someone spend 20 minutes explaining to you why you don't need to pay them? Truly wonderful customer service. Passed along the information to the woman with the potential issue. Prices much more reasonable and customer guarantee MUCH better than M&M.

Super easy to write a review because BBEBNYC is simply the best out there! I had a few mystery bites and because I had had a problem with bed bugs before, I wanted to act on it quick.
