I will start by saying WOW. Don't waste time looking at anyone else. This company is beyond awesome. Professional, Knowledgable, Reliable, Reasonable, and wonderful. Bill always answer his phone, which is huge to have someone reliable that response when you need him. His technician Chris was beyond fantastic, knows his stuff, came in looked at everything, i mean everything, listened to my concerns, explained everything to me and hit the ground running. What i liked also is that he treated every inch of the house, out and in and didn't rush. That is a company that is proud of their quality of work. Thanks to Terminix that they were horrible and taught me a lesson where i found Bill (All Platinum) and his team. THANK you Bill and Chris for being Awesome.

First of all, they answered the phone AS SOON AS I CALLED! I did not have to leave a message or two or three (like other companies) for my personal "emergency" to get addressed, and Anthony listened to EVERYTHING that I needed to tell him, as I was freaking out on the phone for 15 minutes or so. He came to address my rodent issues THE SAME DAY! What a relief. He was fantastic. He went above and beyond his duties, I believe. I will definitely be calling him again in the near future for repeat business, whether it is for additional rodents on my roof (I really hope not!!!) or for regular insecticide spraying on the outside perimeter of my house. Mike came by our apartment upon request. He was on time which was a great start already. He investigated our apartment, we had few dead roaches before moving in. Mike was able to point out all the corners and areas that had roaches (which we weren't even able to see until he told us) so we could clean it up afterwards. Mike made sure to exterminate the entire apartment so we wouldn't have any issues in the future. He also set up mouse traps for us. He gave us instructions on how to clean up after extermination which was also very helpful. Ever since Mike came by, we haven't had any roach problems! Thank you All Platinum and Mike.

Here's my problem. I spoke on the phone with someone. That person "we should take a strong approach and use a chemical fogger that will keep roaches out for 6 months instead of spraying my apartment" two days later a guy came said he was told i had a mice problem not roaches. He literally said he doesn't known what i was talking about and i kept calling the number on the website nobody answered so i was desperate and let him spray my apartment but in the same day There's still roaches walking around and nobody is answering my phone calls

HOMES WITH PETS BEWARE (UPDATED) I used this company for the first time last year and was so impressed that I decided to use them again only this time my experience was the complete opposite. During my first experience in 2017, a technician came to my house and sat down and discussed their services, chemicals used and areas to be treated. This was not the case today. While it very much appreciated that I was able to be squeezed in by Kathy who was very professional, courteous and caring, the technician that showed up to my house seemed alrmingly incompetitent. He spent the first portion of my time texting on his cellphone while standing on the sidewalk in front my house. When finally asked he was from Platnium he nodded yes (no verbal confirmation or introduction of who he was) and proceeded to continue texting. Once inside he seemed very confused and stated that “he didn’t know” if he could treat my home because of our animals and “would have to ask”. How could an employee not know if these chemicals can be used in residential homes with pets?! I explained to him that I am a repeat customer and was never told this last year. Now, alarmingly concerned for my beloved pets, I decided not to have certain parts of the house treated and now I am left with the fear that my pest problem will return. I am aware that the chemicals must dry then the floor must be cleaned however after this very uneasy experience with this technician, I need to seriously consider if I will ever use this company again which is disheartning because you do see results if done by the right person. The health and well-being of my family and pets matter too much to take the chance. I wasn’t even given a receipt for my payment. Whoever this employee is needs to be supervised if he’s going to handle these deadly chemicals especially in homes with children and pets or perhaps not handle them at all. FOLLOW UP: YOU HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO THE THE CLIENT WHO SIGNED THE RECIPT, NO ONE ELSE. If you need proof that I was not given a copy I can gladly provide you with footage of my final interaction with your tech from my security cameras so I'm sorry but its YOU who does not know what you are talking about. I received 2 missed calls hours later and no voicemail which I can also provide proof that I didn't "hang up on you" because the calls were not able to be answered. This review is based solely on the performance of the tech before I spoke with you and if he was in fact having family emergency (which he told you he was speaking to a customer outside when you called him after our conversation) and not in the right frame of mind, you allowing him to handle deadly chemicals is a major liability. You also stated he still stayed despite his personal issues yet you also stated you could have sent another tech which contradicts your statement about the lengths you had to go to to fit me in. You belittling and blaming me about scheduling mix ups, telling me you "bent over backwards" and yelling at me (using "!!!!!" at the end of every sentence) about my review is a perfect example of how you lack customer service and communication skills. If you had to "bend over backwards" to accommodate me then you should direct your anger towards your employee who OFFERED to fit me in today because I did not demand "emergency service" and if it caused you that much grief, you should not be a 24 hour service as you claim. If you read again, you will see I did mentioned what you told me about the floors. After your childish and unprofessional response, you can rest assure I will NEVER use your company again nor refer your company (as I have done many times) anymore.

First and foremost let me say what an Amazing Job Platinum Pest Control did for me!!! From the first interaction with Bill on the phone I felt completely at ease. I found a mouse in my house and being a parent with two young children my concern was very high. The 24 hour service came in handy and set up a prompt appointment for the next morning after I discovered the mouse in my home. Anthony the technician called and hour before my scheduled appointment and let me know he would be there within the hour. He was right on time. After doing my homework regarding what type of poison was going to be used and how they were going to be applied. I can tell you that with Platinum, you’re getting what you pay for and expect. Long story short the other 2 companies were going to use 1 type of poison. Platinum offered that same poison but also a better one that has longer lasting residual effect. Years longer. Overall better service.

Needless to say they came right away and treated the place. 8 months later we have never had a problem since. I absolutely love my serviceman Mike. Mike is the best! I was having a non-stop issue with waterbugs in my apartment; the infestation was so horrible, I was considering moving out. As a last resort, I called All Platinum Pest Control and they sent Mike over. He located holes and other areas in my apartment that all the other companies hadn't found. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at All Platinum for they're help with our opossum problem. I saw him in my closet and called them right away. They sent out Chris and he set up a trap being that he didn't see him and the closet was full of boxes. Since this opossum was crafty and stole the food out of the trap Chris came back 3 times to rebate it and on the third time saw where he was hiding. He was able to wrangle him and take him out of the home. He also gave us tips on cleaning up and preventing them getting back in.

Starting with a phone call that was picked up first try with a patient listening ear, Billy, on the other end replying with professionalism and an urgency to help as soon as that same day. I chose the next day, a Sunday is when Hector arrived during the time window we discussed prior. He took his time listening to the ongoing problem that was supposedly treated by another company that did not solve the issue, taking my money and leaving me stranded. He then first did a thorough investigation of the problem areas and we set an appointment to go ahead with the treatment. The treatment Hector performed was above and beyond and walked us through each step explaining what it was and what would happen with more than one product. He treated the area thoroughly and he moved out appliances and or furniture if need be to do so. I am very happy to say just from the first initial treatment I immediately witnessed results and thrilled to say the problem is gone so far!!!!! I will be setting up my appointment for on going treatments monthly as a precautionary measure. Thank you Hector and All platinum! I highly recommend to call All platinum and get Hector to help you!
