These guys at Select Exterminating (AKA Pest) are rock stars! The owner Matthew was a complete pleasure to work with and the service technician was right on point. They're real professionals and understand the complexities of working in a doorman full service building. More importantly my ants have been eliminated. I highly recommend them!

If you have rats this is the only place to go. Other places are franchises, don't specialize, have crazy prices and often don't do what they say. Jim gets it, is efficient, clean, thorough and gets the job done right the first time. No more pests and my dog is safe too Thanks Pat.

Called after I spotted a mouse in my kitchen and he came two days after and was extremely prompt and such a friendly guy. He figured out where the mice were getting in and was extremely accommodating and did a very thorough job. Took him about an hour and a half and I'm very satisfied with his work.
