We were lucky to find A-List via a banner we passed on our way home in Queens. We called them about a bedbug issue. They gave a good quote for the job, advised us as to what we needed to do to prepare for treatment. What sealed the deal for us was the about of follow-ups that they offered with this service. No other exterminator we contacted offered as many follow-ups. After all of our treatments, we no longer had any problems and it has been a few months now since we got treatment from A-list. Make sure u hire these guys if u have bedbug issues.

Today, Mr. Walid Smith, owner came to my house in Brooklyn for a free estimate to identify a bug/beetle problem in the ground floor apartment. He was on time with a pleasant temperament and did a thorough inspection. He took a sample of the beetle with him to pinpoint specifically what pest was in my basement so that he could determine what treatment plan would be best. He gave me a fair price estimate for the projected work should I hire him for the job. To my surprise, he called me a couple of hours later to inform me that he had identified what beetle was in my house and offered the proposed treatment plan. At this point, I'm still weighing my options on what to do next but I am happy that I made contact and met with Mr. Smith and hope to do business with him in the future.

I've been dealing with A-List for over a year now and I have to say the service has been consistently excellent. Whenever I have needed them, they have responded very quickly and when follow-up visits were needed, I didn't have to hunt him down to get the job completed. I had mice 7 years ago when I moved into my Ridgewood apartment, and tried a few different exterminating companies, but none of them got rid of the mice. I had to get a cat. After my cat died, I looked for another exterminator online and found these guys. They were expensive but actually cheaper in the end and WORTH EVERY PENNY. They were amazing. He did an extremely thorough job, filling in every hole so the mice couldn't come back. That was back in July, and I haven't had any mice since. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Another one with glowing reviews, which make no sense, because they couldn't even stay on the phone for one minute to discuss an inquiry from a potential new customer. We called to inquire about their services and describe our job, in the hopes of setting up an appointment. Whomever was on the phone with us was not interested in really answering any questions, but despite that, we asked if he would hold a quick moment to determine what date we could have them come and look at the job, and we never got further than that because the guy hung up on us! No interest in the job, I suppose. Thankfully we connected with a very nice company who is now our official exterminator for two buildings, and all worked out for us. A-List is great! They call ahead and or text you to make sure that you are both connected and know when your next appointment will be. They come on time and are fully prepared to cleanse your house of your bugs (and or other problem). They do a great job; ask a lot of questions about your problem and then are extra extensive in their cleaning. I completely recommend them. (They are also so much cheaper than other exterminators who just want to rip you off = these guys don't want to rip you off, they want to do a genuine good job)

We had squirrels in a crawl space above the top floor apartment. We called A-List Exterminators and on short notice, they sent a technician within an hour. They set traps and caught two squirrels in the first night! Two days later, they caught a third. In addition they helped me see where the critters were breaching the crawl space, suggested where and how to patch it, and within a few days the problem is now permanently solved. I would rate this company 0 stars if Google would allow me. You are probably wondering why I would rate them 0 stars since they have pretty good reviews, well the one thing i have to say is I am extremely disappointed at what happened. I found A-List Exterminator like anyone else would through a google search. I called them and setup an appointment for them to come to my business while keeping in mind I would use them going forward if they did a good job. Because I trusted them and didn't feel I needed to watch their every move I let them do their job as normal, paid them and they went on their way, but what I didn't know was that they would break into my office computer which i found from my hidden camera as reviewing my google activity on my computer (photo attached of the time of incident and the search i took from my google activity) and without my consent they placed a review of how amazing they are ( i have posted a photo of the previous review before i edited it). If you wanted a review so badly all you could have done is ask for one. BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS!
