Very disappointed. I’ve called THREE times in the past two weeks to set up service and am told each time that someone will call me back. No one ever did.

I wanted to keep the business local to Santa Fe, but this company failed to return my calls three times. I left messages and even managed to speak with someone, but they appeared uninterested in the business. Eventually, after nearly a week, I received a call back and scheduled a visit. They sprayed my house with good result. Seems like they need to sort out their customer service on the front end; it'll help increase business and customer satisfaction.

Called 2 wks ago, again a week ago, and was finally contacted by a service tech last Friday. I was told he was busy that week and would call me this Monday. Never received a call or message. They must have enough business, and not want new clientele. Avoid! FOLLOW UP: I was sent this reply from NM Pest Control: "Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always aim to deliver a great experience and regret to hear that did not happen. We would love the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you." However, when I called, I was again told a service tech would contact me. I have yet to be contact, and now no longer wish for any further communication. Good day. Avoid avoid!
