Still have bugs. A technician has been out several times and I still have ants and spiders inside and out.

Horrible. Service was never scheduled between myself and another person, they make their on schedule times and come out and take care of the outside of the house, they probably want it that way anyway. The one time I did actually have a scheduled appointment for the inside they never showed up. I never signed a contract with them and paid for a full year of service UPFRONT! Now after the year is over they are still scheduling visits on their own saying it's part of the contract that I need to cancel in writing.....DUHHH I never signed your contract. Oh, and to top it all off now they have me in collections for money I DO NOT owe. Every time I call to try to straighten out their mess I have to sit on hold listening to Top Gun music for 30+ mins. And when I ask for manager there is NEVER one available. A super rude Alejandra cannot get it through her head I DO NOT want to speak with her or waste my time explaining this story for the 15th time and refused to get me to a manager without giving her an address. I have never written a review online before, but GoGreen has inspired me to help people even possibly looking at their service.

TOTAL FRAUD!!! After the first treatment I still had bugs so they came out a second time. Nothing changed, I still have the same amount of insects and spiders. They refuesed to refundy money like their 100% guarantee claims and they have debited my account every 90 days for 3 payments of $130.I can't get them to stop charging me. Worst thing is I don't live there any more. I sind the house andbyet b I still her charged. Total rip off!!!

I have been very pleased with everything about GoGreen in Albuquerque especially by the service provided by Rose LeMaster the office manager. I highly recommend this service. The non-toxicity of the products to myself and my pets gives me additional peace of mind but most of all, the products really work great!

I started doing business with this company about 9 months ago (June 2014). The rep that came to the house was courteous and polite, and I had no issues with the first treatment. After the second treatment, I paid the bill, but for some reason, the check was misplaced by the company, and never cashed. They sent a second bill, but to avoid canceling a bank check, I had to wait a number of days before I could send out another payment. This payment they misplaced, too, and I actually had to have my bank call them to prove that I had sent out payment. Afterward, the company called, texted, and emailed several times a day harassing me over this payment. Finally, some person at the company took pity on me, and wiped out the balance, so I owed nothing, yet, the phone calls, emails, and texts did not stop...I kept receiving bills saying that my account was past due. I called several times to try to straighten it out, at least 9 or 10, but the bills and calls kept coming. The company set up my third treatment, but never showed up that day. Instead, I got a phone call the next day, a recording, saying something about their trucks being grounded because of the snow. I called back to arrange for the treatment, but they never returned my call. About three weeks later, I received a recorded message saying they would be out in two days. At that point, I decided I wanted to cancel my contract, but after finding out that it would be nearly the same cost as just paying for the remaining two treatments, I decided to just have them done. I called and asked for my third treatment appointment, but they never returned my call. A week or so later, I discovered they charged my credit card, without authorization, for the cancellation charges. AVOID! Absolutely horrid business practices.

I will not let Go Green on my premises again. If they enter my property it will be trespassing and I will file charges. I signed up to let them do 4 services over a year. The 1st service was fine. Service 2 & 3 were horrible. Both technicians left my gate open and my dogs escaped. Now these dogs are not vicious and Go Green was informed there were dogs. The dogs hide in the doghouse when someone they don't know enters the backyard. These idiots don't know how to respect my home and if it wasn't by chance my wife came home as they left she would not have seen my dog leaving. Go Green had the nerve to tell me I signed a 1 year contract, 1 service left. So they will now get to deal with my lawyer and he can go to the fullest extent of the law.

Go Green has very nice customer service reps who have been very helpful when I have needed to change my appointments. When I spoke to Rose today she was very helpful. The gentleman that has been out to do our earlier treatments have been very nice and professional.

Absolutely horrible! They don't call before they come. Never seen them do any service except leave a thing on my door claiming to have done a service but I pay for indoor and outdoor service. And now they charged me twice in three days. Stay away from these shady people!

After signing up, never heard from them or seen them performing any services. They claimed to have performed the services and then called me up to ask to pay for the apparent services performed! They were supposed to call and schedule services for the interior of the house.I say, these guys are almost fraudulent. Please do your due diligence before signing up with them.

I asked online for an estimate to get rid of indoor ants. Within an hour, I received a call with a quote. Two days later, Frankie was here. He explained the treatments, contract and more. He was polite, professional, and efficient. I appreciate the fact that people and pets cannot be harmed.

Awful! We signed up for a one year package. The service technicians are great and do a good job, and explain what they're doing and why they are doing it. They did extra for us, too. Their business practices are TERRIBLE!!! They never showed up for the second quarter. The third quarter, they called 24 hours in advance to "remind" us of our scheduled time. We'd never been told before that 24 hours. The 4th quarter, it was 12 hours notice. I need more notice than 12 hours, when the office is closed so you can't even reschedule. We had bugs throughout most of the year, though they did decrease. I didn't bother calling to report that, so that's on me. And, now they've cancelled their local number (even though the "reminder" calls still have that number on them), and do not answer their 1-855 number (which is NOT toll free, even though they say it is.) I was on hold for two hours, and they never answered. Should I really have to waste two hours of my day calling a Pest company? Seriously, it's not the IRS. I've finally resorted to leaving voice mails, asking for confirmation of my cancellation, but never receive it. And they still show up. How long is this going to go on? I'm on the verge of reporting them to the BBB.

Go Green Pest Solutions is organic! This was the main reason I chose them. I have seen a huge decrease in the bugs, and I am very happy. MY only problem has been with customer service issues, similar to the ones I have seen posted. This last month they took care of me and made things right. Jordan, the regional manager, apologized and has assured me we will not have a problem. The technician was GREAT, too, and friendly. It really has been the scheduling and office personnel. I will definitely continue with the quarterly services, as long as they keep giving good service! Thank you for making things right.

Technician was nice enough but the treatment is totally ineffective. Bugs love it. When I tried to cancel the service they billed me for the remainder of the contract, even though it doesn't work. Do not be taken in by these guys, they only want to sell you a contract.

This business is non responsive. They don't make or keep appointments. It is impossible to cancel service with them. They will lure you into paying with a check and will start taking automated payments from your account without a contract or permission. They will claim they provided service when no one is at home and no appointment was set up. They set you up on a schedule you are not informed about. Then they will bill you and the only way you find out is when your checking account has been charged. When you ask to speak with a manager they will not return your calls. They will dodge you with a poor receptionist that can't help and will refer you back to the manager who is not going to return your calls. Do business with them at your own peril..

I do not recommend this company or their green product after 2 months still have bugs around the house And and their 100% money back is not true After I cancel the first month they went and charge for the 2nd month in a hurry, be aware of this before you sign up Thx for reading.

I appreciate the fact that the product they use is not harmful to animals and humans. Alex the technician was friendly and informative. We were suppose to be called first but I do not think that message got passed on to the tech. I will wait to see if this works but so far so good.

If I could rate no starts I would. I cancelled over a year ago and just now randomly they serviced my house. I called inquiring about this and they never cancelled my account. Supposedly a manager will call me back but I doubt it. The office person was rude and didn't care. In addition the product socks the bugs never went away after like 5 services. Never ever would I recommend this terrible business.

I would not even give them a Start at all. But that is the only option. 1st treatment was Ok. They did the yard, garage and inside the house. for the 2nd quarterly treatment. I did not schedule an appointment nor was I told when they would be coming out so I was not home. I did not even know a treatment had supposedly been done till the money came out of my account which I did not authorize. Then I went looking around my yard and found the notice that they had been there in the bushes. I called to get my money back because I did not authorize the payment to be taken out of my account and I did not even know if the service was even done since I was not home. When I ask to speak with a Supervisor they said there was not one in the office they would email her and ask her to contact me that same day because she is the only one who can refund money. She did not contact me that day. I called back to the office the next day they said they would have her contact me right away. Then I received an email to contact her at the office and to ask to speak with her. I call immediately. The receptionist Rose said she was not in the office and she would call her to her cell phone and give her my information and have her call be back right away. Waited for the rest of the day no Call. Called back the following days requesting to speak with her. Now the Receptionist said she is on vacation. So I asked to speak with another Supervisor. They connected me to some line that just rang till it disconnected. Tried to call back no answer the phone would just ring till it would disconnect. Called a few more time same thing no answer just phone ringing and it was before 5:00 pm. I would not recommend them to anyone! I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away far away from them. I will not pay for a service that I did not receive! Still waiting to get my money back.

A bad experience all around. The people are nice, The service is poor. The result is disappointing. And they cannot be counted on to be at appointments they set. I was greatly dissatisfied with the entire experience. And they are hesitant to stand behind their product.

Sure they are prompt and courteous with your first service, but after that, they don't keep their appointments and they don't have a very good attitude about being called out on it. I cancelled my service with them six months ago and last week they drafted $117 from my account. I called three days in a row, and every day I was on hold for well over an hour so I left messages for a call back and have received nothing.

Not sure about this company. Received text on my phone that had an invoice for services rendered. I was not contacted that they were coming and since I work have no idea if they actually showed up. I'm suppose to have a qtrly treatment but since no one was home, how is this possible? Their fees are way too high to just have your yard sprayed.... if that even happened. Who's to know.. I contacted GoGreen and they scheduled an appt to have them do the inside of the house. After my contract is up..... Never Again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. You call, and can't get anyone to speak with. Leave a message and they do not call you back! They send a bill and you have to sign up with another site to pay online...and the it does not work! We like the products they use, and it has worked well for us, but getting I touch with them is so difficult it makes it not worth using.

Horrible customer service from everyone except the technician that performed the initial service. Getting someone on the phone to address issues has been a minimum of 40 minutes on hold. Messages to call me do not get returned. I was charged for services at a house I hadn't lived in after calling in twice to inform them that I was moving/had moved. Finally on the 5th call to the toll free number I was told that the cancellation needed to be emailed in and that I was going to be charged a cancellation fee. Horrible experience with this company. I do NOT recommend this service for anyone living in the HOBBS area or anywhere else for that matter since the toll free, wait on hold for an hour, and get nowhere until 4 attempts later phone number is all that's available to call.

I would not give these people any stars for their service (but the rating system won't let me). They never met the original agreement for treatments quarterly, only doing the first treatment then trying to show up a year later for the next treatment. When told to cancel and stop any further attempts, they made an additional attempt to treat months later. Second request to cancel was made and about 8 months later they showed up again, while I was away, and claim to have done a treatment, against my past wishes, and outside of any agreement for service. Attempts to call them are met with long "on hold" periods, and then had to leave a message when no one answered the phone. With this service, no wonder. Best bet - stay away and call Orkin. Or just go to Home Depot and get your own sprays and do it yourself. At least that way you know what you are getting.
