Pat is a great guy - friendly, timely, and professional. My partner and I called, not knowing anything about our bug problem, and we received a prompt call back with answers, pricing, and rapid scheduling. He sent a message when he was on his way, showed up on time with a smile, and talked us through what he was doing. He promptly presented me with a written quote and a recommended maintenance program. I agreed and gave Pat phone number of the three residential homes for him to call and schedule.
