The girl on the phone was friendly but seemed very rushed, when the gentleman arrived he greeted me with a smile, he spent a couple of hours going through the details of my mouse situation, my husband agreed on the work be done, no more mouse!

We discovered mice in our garage and realized that they had chewed through the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door. We set some traps to catch the mice and called Critter Control. Dominic assessed the situation and determined that we had trapped all of the mice and just needed the weather stripping replaced. Ian came out and installed a mouse-proof weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door the next day. Reasonable prices. Great service.

We had to call Critter Control/Santa Fe on a Sunday morning for same day assistance. We caught a skunk accidentally in a trap intended for an interloping raccoon. The phone was answered professionally. As promised, I received a callback from a manager Dominic within an hour. A tech (Eli) was scheduled to pick up the animal a few hours later, which he did. We found him to be courteous & knowledgeable. The skunk was removed with minimal fuss. We will now arrange a regular schedule of Critter Control pest services to avoid further issues. A very good job was done by all. UPDATE: We've had the Critter Control team here today to critter-proof our house. Eli did an excellent job on the exterior work around vigas and light fixtures, dryer vent opening and on the roof. The team installed wire fencing partially underground to prevent skunks and other critters from camping out beneath our deck. We are very satisfied. EVERYONE on the construction team was personable and communicative. They worked well together & completed the job in just a few hours. On top of that, when I got my car stuck in the gravel trying to back out of our steep driveway, the team came to MY rescue and helped get my car unstuck and moved down the drive. We're impressed by everyone we've met from Critter Control/Santa Fe. We are happy to recommend them.

We had several squirrels living in our ceiling, and Critter Control set up 3 traps. The traps were put on the ground, and the person setting the traps said that they would move them onto the roof if unsuccessful in that place. The first 2 days caught 2 skunks and 1 squirrel, but then nothing more and the traps were removed without any follow up call. I was disappointed that we never had a option to catch more or that anyone asked us. The good news is that the other squirrels were scared away long enough for us to close up their entrance vent on the roof, and I am fairly certain our critters are under control.

Richard did the complete assessment and was extremely thorough. This took about and hour and a half. He surveyed inside and outside the house, and we discussed ways to limit rodent activity around our yard. His assistant, Brian, I believe, completed the mitigation which took about 4 hours. They both explained in detail the products they were using to close entry points and why. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their expertise.

We have been extremely happy and confidant with the service, knowledge, professionalism and advice/suggestions we have been receiving from all the Service Techs that come out to our County property, especially Brian, who is most often the Service man that we see the most. He is always very nice, patient and always arrives with a smile and ready to go to work! The ladies that schedule our services are also very helpful and friendly. Since switching to Critter Control, the snake population around our house has been controlled due to the mice/rat bait stations to help cut off their food source and the huge centipedes and spiders that were getting into the house has also been controlled. We are VERY disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism of the Critter Control team. Not once, but twice, we took off time from work to be here for the service and both times no one showed. It is a bad precedence to set with a customer that had been using the service for five years and just signed up for the maintenance service plan. Not only did the service not get performed but both times we called about the time that we could expect the technician and were told that "we were the next house" and that it "should not be long." After waiting for almost two hours with no call, no one ever came to perform the service. When I brought this situation to the attention of the company's main contact, Nancy, and asked that they make it right, I was emailed a response that they were sorry of for the inconvenience. As far as I am concerned, they don't care about their customers and I will take my business to another company that does. Incredibly bad customer service.

Jesus Marrufo reallys knows what he is talking about! He was knowledgeable, honest, and thorough! He even looked at an insect problem that I had already paid to have exterminated by another company that was unable to tell me what the insect was. Mr. Marrufo without hesitation told me what the insect was and that if the other company didn't work out to call Critter Control, he said they also had echo friendly extermination services available for the home as well. In the future thats who I am calling for all my insect, and wild life problems!

I called Critter Control @ 7;35 AM on Saturday September 5, 2015, Labor Day Weekend, because I had a trapped skunk. Trap was being used to trap feral cats on my property. I called again at 10;40 AM- no return call until 12;00. A message was left by a restricted number saying that he was in Albuquerque with his family and could tell me"what to do to remove it" and wouldn't be available until Tuesday! I Very unprofessional and discourteous. After that kind of treatment I won't recommend Critter Control for services.
