Best bug guy EVER! After using a few different companies and still having a black widow and scorpion problem we called Bug Guy and problem was solved! He took the extra time to make sure the job is done right the first time. We've never had to call them back to re spray. I had bedbugs. A few months ago, I was horrified to find bedbugs in my casita. I thought I could take care of it myself..WRONG. They re-appeared 6 months later. I called Jeff and he and Ernie were super professional and prompt in taking care of these parasites. Foggers DO NOT work. Prolonged heat is the only way to kill these blood suckers. Do yourself and your property a favor and let these guys help you. Do-it-yourself is a huge pain and does not work! Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it to have a pro fix the problem? Absolutely!!!!!!! It's not a shame to have bed bugs, it's a shame to know you have them and do nothing about it.

Had an apt on Saturday morning 4/1 , no call, no show, after an hour of waiting gave them a call(they didn't bother to call me to say running late/not coming), rescheduled for Monday 4/3 at 8:30am, at 9:00 still had not showed up or called, I called them and was given another excuse. Apparently they have no concept of keeping an apt, or if not going to be on time giving a call ahead.
