They were FANTASTIC!! Came out the next day to take care of a raccoon removal. They were able to hand remove the kits and set a trap to catch the mom over night. It was a difficult removal from a 2nd story soffit over power lines and they were able to do it. I'll definitely be calling them in the future to deal with any pest issues!

Service was so good on first visit that we now have an annual plan in place. Called for a mosquito issue - arrived to the appointment Early (imagine that!), were extremely thorough, and took care of those annoying mosquito's. I cannot recommend NJ Pest highly enough. I had bats in my attic and outside under the fascia... They were reliable, honest, qualified and I haven't seen a bat since... hope to never again.. I received two other estimates before I found NJ Pest.. The difference in price was beyond substantial. I have also hired them to be my three time a year exterminators.. Less expensive and don't forget to have your exterminator look in your attic!

I've used NJ Pest Control twice and was very happy with my experience. The first time we had a hornets nest attached to the house that they removed, and I also had an issue with an animal that made its way into an opening in our garage. On both occasions, the company was prompt and professional. The problems were resolved, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a pest issue!

Lucky to have found Russ and his firm several years ago. Fair pricing, quality work and the best is when you have an issue, they come back the next day, no questions, they listen, explain clearly what the issue is, take care of it, and stand by their work. Maybe you save a few dollars elsewhere (maybe - though I doubt it) but if you want a fair price and quality work that the firms stands behind, don't bother looking around. Just call Russ.

Customer service is fantastic! (and I am very picky!!) From Diana on the phone to the technicians (Chris and Brian) who called at my house, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The pesky wasps had a well-hidden nest with no direct access, so NJ Pest Control first tried a liquid pressure spray and when the wasps returned a couple of weeks later, the company honored their 30-day warranty without question and applied a dusting to oust the wasps. Everything was explained clearly and my many questions were answered with an amazingly positive attitude. The owner, Russ, has done a great job with his team and made his company a pleasure to do business with. This is how customer service should be! Well done team!
