Mitebuster is so awesome! First and foremost, they were easy to find and came up on the first page of google search. They have excellent customer service from the receptionist to the actual exterminator, they were in constant communication with me, were very patient with all of my questions and provide a ton of information so that I could understand the pest and the entire process to exterminate. I called 3 other exterminators in my area and the prices were sky high, I could not believe it....Mitebuster is literally 1/3 of any competitor price. When I called several times with questions and needed to reschedule the customer service was so good...they were calm and patient with me. They made me feel cool, calm and collected when I was overwhelmed about my extermination. I highly recommend them to anyone! they will get the job done professionally and at a low cost.

The service is great! Ask for Ariel and Paul, and remember don’t self-treat! By self-treating, you will always left some eggs and made them hide. We learned this lesson by suffering 3 months try to treat the bed bugs ourselves and it didn’t work out. But with the help of MiteBuster, we don’t have any bed bug issue anymore.

I initially called Mitebusters based on a recommendation from a friend. I explained that I had a bug but wasn't sure it was a terminate. I gentleman by the name of Luis came by to assess and confirmed it was termites immediatly upon inspection of the bug. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how termites do what they do, which I really appreciated. He then scheduled a spot treatment and also some work to the outside with what I believe are some kind of trap. He told me what they were I just forgot. The gents that showed up, right on time I might add, where incredibly nice and attentive. They empathized with the situation and walked me through the plan of action. They finished up the work in a timely fashion, thanked me for me business and went on their way. They were very professional. The gents names were Mark and Tylon, I believe. I signed up with a service contract after doing my research and now have a new found knowledge of how termites work. Figured it's better to spend a little now to avoid spending alot later. I highly recommend Mitebuster and will be using their services moving forward.

I have pretty gross neighbors in my apartment, and as a result, some of their pests migrate over to my unit. Unlike my gross neighbors, however, I actually take action to get rid of them, because bugs give me anxiety. That said, when I realized I probably had bedbugs, I flipped out. My building manager had Mitebusters treat the unit, and they were incredibly kind, helpful and courteous, as was Karina on the phone whenever I had questions. When they came for a followup visit, not only was exterminator Juan quick, but he was also incredibly considerate in ways that had nothing to do with his job. When I had to leave the apartment after having it bombed, I had some bags to take with me for the day, and he helped me load them into my car--and even helped me shovel and push my car out of the snow and ice on the road. I am absolutely floored at how wonderful the experience was. I absolutely recommend them to any and everyone with any kind of pest problem.

I had an unusual circumstance. Squirrels were nesting under my solar panels. Anthony and his team set up a barrier to prevent access and nesting. The squirrels were a determined bunch, ripping open small sections, but Anthony returned and replaced the sections. He trapped and released some, and layered the defense surrounding the panels to prevent future attempts. Some companies talk about guarantees, MiteBuster delivers on them. It had been about 10 years since my last termite protection system was updated. Anthony did such a good job with the squirrels I contracted Mitebuster to do the job. It was clean, complete, and finished in about 4 hours. He has a friendly and experienced crew and they do excellent work.

Brian, they are great at making first impressions, but over time their service level drops. Their tactic is to overly impress the customer the first time and then continue to take their money, while delivering lackluster service. It's advisable to pay more for a well known national service than to deal with their childish unprofessionalism. Additionally, their turnover is ridiculous. Employees stealing, lying, missing appointments, mistreating customers, etc....

When I started to notice little bugs around my room and on my bed, I knew I had to call an exterminator. I searched online and found MiteBuster was the best reviewed in my area. I'm so happy I called them because of how kind and professional they were. I had been so scared I had bed bugs but after doing a little research the man told me it was spider beetles. Upon arrival he did do a quick mattress check to assure me it was not bed bugs. He exterminated the room and I have yet to see another bug!

In the end, we didn't have many bed bugs but the anxiety of having any at all and not knowing how bad the situation was, was driving us crazy. We have 3 young kids, all of whom got bitten. We have 3 floors with beds/ sofas or recliners. Another company's dog "reported" that there are bed bugs in every and each of them, even in rooms that were not used for >3 months. The inspector of the other company, who did not bother checking after the dog, was ready to start "treatment right away, and I was suspicious and told him that I will contact him. Also the price for treatment was more than double that of other companies (Unfortunately, I only did the comparison with other companies after their visit). So I invited Mite Buster ,a very reputable company (99 excellent reviews on Google) a few days later and they reassured me we do not have any bed bugs at all. Their representative, was very thorough and professional and tried to find wether there is any evidence for bird mites or other insects. Highly recommended!!! Don't use Go Green company! Paul V has taken care of my rodent issue in my apartment. He is a great employee and sincerely cares for the customers needs. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips to be proactive .

We had a bed bug problem in our apartment and needed to address the issue quickly. Andrew and Anthony from Mitebuster were very helpful in answering all our questions and giving us precise instructions regarding the treatment procedure and preparation. Long story short after the first treatment we had hardly any bites anymore and hope that with the upcoming second treatment the issue will be resolved. WOW, WOW, WOW !!! Customer Service "Outstanding". I had the unfortunate event of having a bug infestation in my home. Called another company referred to me by a family member, BUG ELIMINATORS, 81 Franklin Street, Belleville NJ, Scheduled an appt. Gave us all of the Prep Instructions. This was a entire 1 family house issue, with a 74 year old and 86 year old family members involved. The Tech came out, looked around, and indicated, I don't move anything, called his boss Pablo, who yelled at him for being at our location for our 1 hour to do nothing and advised him to leave. Imagine. We followed up with the owner who advised "I will not have my Team come back out, you wasted my money after I squeezed you in for an appt. WOW, WOW. - Poor Customer Service. We called MiteBuster who was a referral from a co-worker spoke to Anthony, he was on the situation immediately. THE NEXT DAY.... Outstanding, Professional, Thorough, Transparent with pricing. 2 of his technicians came observed what we had previously done, Said "No Problem,. Did a thorough job, courteous.
