Prompt and courteous service. Have had an annual contract with Humphreys for over 10 years and am very happy. Our service tech is friendly and is willing to answer your questions and work with you if you have concerns about pets, children, etc. in terms of where treatment will be placed.

We've been using humphreys since we moved here 5 years ago. Bob is our normal tech and he's great. He's tracked down the smallest ant entry points and has always come out on a moments notice to handle things like massive hornets nests outside or ant infestations inside (which were due to construction in our kitchen). He's pointed out things we should fix or seal and is thorough in his applications. Since we started using humphreys we notice no more mice and far fewer ants and stink bugs. There are far fewer spiders in the basement and best of all my wife and daughters are happy with less critters around.

Humphrey's continues to provide excellent service at a very fair price. We had mice/bug problems a few years ago and their quarterly service eliminated the problem. In addition, to helping keep pests away in our house, they will also solve problems outside throughout our property - all included! Everyone I deal with is friendly and professional. While we very much like to support local business, we had horrible service. After taking time off work to for two separate appointments, the first was cancelled due to to "truck problems" so we rescheduled for two weeks later, the soonest they could ostensibly do. On that day, no one showed up at the time, and so I called trying to find out what was happening. They assured me of a call back asap and that the tech would be out that day, as scheduled. No show, no call, and a week more went by (!!) until I finally called them yet again, giving them one last chance. Their reply "we have no idea what happened" - and "no way we can come to your house this week." When I objected and indicated if they couldn't make it that week, I would cease service - she put me on hold/hung up on me !!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. After being a good paying customer for a year, for no reason at all... this was the treatment. Horrifying.

Humphrey’s has been caring for my home for the past 8 years. When I first move into my 100 year old home I found I had carpenter ants. I tried all the treatments that I could preform myself over the next few years with only temporary help. Finally I called Humphrey’s and I have not seen a carpenter ant since. They are always on time, they call to let you know when your due and the staff is so personable and professional. I’ve recommended them to all my neighbors and I love getting those $50 checks for the recommendation. Use them and you’ll have peace of mind.

This business is plain awful not even worth 1 star but had to put 1 star to leave a review My problem is I had these small flying nats or fruit flys and I hired this company to come out and fix the problem they still can't tell me what kind of bug I have or know how to treat them they came out and put blue gel down my sinks which ended up clogging my whole plumbing system it backed up With brown gunk and the fly paper for the windows did diddly. I called this company not once but twice each time the person answering the phone gives me the run around for example I'm so sorry to hear that I'll get someone to call you back and no one does like they don't care almost like they are laughing haha we got your $400.00 and now we could care less about you this business needs to be shut down and the better business brough needs to be notified about how this company runs it's business
