Technicians were prompt and called approximately 20 minutes prior to arrival to advise that they were on their way. Both techs were extremely polite and respectful. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything that they did and walked around the house with me to point out the locations of the traps they installed. This is obviously a well run company that stresses the importance of customer service to their employees. The company even sent me an email prior to the appointment date with a photo of the technician that would be arriving.

I highly recommend Horizon Pest Control. We had a problem with a rat, who burrowed its way through our foundation and into our home. The rat proceeded to chew through our dishwasher and washing machine hoses, causing a flood in our home and costing us approximately $10,000 in damage (appliances and flooring). In came Horizon Pest Control. Within just three visits, they were able to set up a trap to capture the rat who caused all that damage and then proceeded to seal up the outside of our home to prevent this from happening again. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

It’s about time we share our review, we’ve been using Horizon Pest control for about 5 years now and could not be happier with them. Our home’s previous owners turned the property into a wasp haven. When we moved in three family members were stung a few times each. Horizon has been servicing our home and yard for 5 years and not only has no one been stung since but there has been very little activity. In short, Horizon is very professional and reliable. Out of three companies I considered, Horizon was the only one that didn't present a doom-and-gloom scenario whereby if I don't hire them, I am likely to be eaten by spiders, mice and rats. I initially hired another pest control to take care of bats in my attic. A month later I realized they didn't know anything about bats and needed to call someone else. I was referred to Horizon Pest Control. When i was given the estimate I was relieved to see the form was specific to bats. It mentioned everything( as a checkmark in a box)- the chimney, sealing roof line, tunnels etc. I was so relieved when Ben Gifford and Nugo Jerenashvili came to the house for the treatment. I knew it was them because Horizon emailed their pictures to me the day before. They arrived right on time. They took their time to explain everything they intended to do and why they were doing it. They spoke to me probably for a half hour. They removed all screens the previous pest control installed. The screens were too small and my dryer vent was clogged. I am so lucky to have found this Company who hires such knowledgeable specialists. They are truly very nice hard working professionals- and just good people too! Technicians are absolutely wonderful. Professional and effective service. Sadly, they are able to automatically renew a contact and continue service without notice, yet once my new credit card was issued and the automatic quarterly payment didn't go through the email notification and phone calls went through. I was unable to get a hold of the billing department for 2 weeks via email or phone. Hopefully they take my feedback seriously to at least email or call regarding the renewal. We moved in September so hopefully the new residents enjoyed 4 months of "free" preventive service in our behalf.

Horizon sprayed our yard last summer, and not one mosquito bite for our family, so nice to enjoy our yard! So yes, we’re spraying again this year!
