My husband called this company for a raccoon problem in the attic. A sales person came to discuss it with my husband and made an appointment for a technician to come out. The technician came out, and apparently did not fix the issue. The raccoon was still in the attic. We had another technician, and apparently the first technician did not do a good job. He ended putting second trap. 2 months or so later, we are still dealing with the raccoon in our attic.

Called them for ant control . Somehow ants were in and under the window sill in my daughters bed room and I could see what look like saw dust piling up the window every few days. So I realize the ants were in the wood and chewing it up. I did't want toxic chemicals next to my daughter's bed. E and G came in a fixed the problem within days with no toxic chemicals in the bed room. Very professional . Thanks

I had a problem with bed bugs, i called this company and had someone come to access the problem within the same hour. Mike & Alex firmly looked and told me what i had to do, being they were so thorough they told me that i had another problem with squirrels as well. Therefore, with having a bed bug problem and squirrels they made me feel very comfortable about the situation and assured me this would be taken care of. They gave me the price which was extremely fair, went to get there things from the truck and right away started fixing the problem. It is now a month later and i havent had any problem regarding bed bugs or squirrels. HIGHLY recommend this company and if i came into another issue down the line i would go straight to E&G!

Used them 10 years ago for a wasp problem and everything went fine. Battling ants this year, so called on Tuesday, young lady gave me an appt Friday between 3-5. Called again Friday at 5:30 when no one has shown up and dispatcher said I was never on the schedule. He called me back to ask if I wanted someone to come Saturday and scheduled me for Saturday morning 9-11. It's not 12:30 and again, no on has come. Unacceptable, I'll find someone else.

On June 3,2018 I called E&G exterminators, I needed help with a bat issue. They sent out a gentleman names Ed Morris to correct the problem he was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Ed came out and took care of the problem he explained as soon as there mating season was over in August he would come out again and finish the job. I am very pleased with the completion and E&G I give them 5 star rating

I called E&G exterminators for my snake problem in my backyard. I spoke to AL and guide me to how and what gonna happen. He was very honest and went to our house to inspect the situation personally. The next day Jim came by and caught 2 medium size garten snake. He was very helpful and professional.

3 months and we still have squirrels. Demanded $1000 up front with a "guarantee" that the house would be squirrel-proof. It is not. Don't show up when they're supposed to and are not responsive to customer concerns. Definitely do not recommend.

We paid for this service last summer through a deal found on Angie's List and have kind of been stuck with the company ever since. We bought 7 treatments for a pretty reasonable price, however the treatments really did nothing. The company didn't seem to have much of a problem retreating the yard multiple times for each treatment. We probably got the yard treated over 10 times during the past year... the problem is that the treatments DO NOT control the mosquito problem whatsoever. Our neighbors pay a little more for another company to spray their property. The mosquito population is like night and day. Our treatments have finally run out and needless to say we will be opting to go with another exterminator... I guess in some cases you get what you pay for. I would not recommend E&G Exterminator's for their yard treatments to anyone... their office staff were round and it was a waste of money no matter how many treatments they provided.

I had an infestation of bed bugs we called around and found e&g had the most reasonable prices thanks to the the wonderfull technician MIKE who was very polite and respectful...he was also for prompt and on time and covered every area that was infested thank you e&g and thank you MIKE for ur service I will defenetly recommend you to all in need of Pest Control. There are some bad apples in every bunch , but in MY experience it was phenomenal. I will not have anyone but mike service me or my family members. Highly recommended.

Marco was an excellent technician. He came out to pitch an estimate for bees and took care of the problem at the same time. He was thorough and a very sweet young man. Best expirience ever!!!! Im a US Army Veteran (11B/ 101st Airborne!!!!!) I had a really hard time trying to close on a VA home loan, took me over 5 months to close. The last thing that I needed to close was a termite inspection and closing was in 3 days. I called around to different companies in the area with no luck until I called E&G Exterminators out of South Amboy , NJ. They were very professional and came out right away and did my Termite inspection. I could not ask for better service!!!! I would like to give them a 5 star rating and I recommend them to everyone!! We prefer John but are happy to have anybody come to spray for ants and fill the bait traps back up. John has been coming to our place for over 15 years so he knows the layout best which is why we prefer him, but we always get exceptional service from anyone who comes! The receptionists are helpful scheduling is around office hours since we have a home office. And every single technician is professional and friendly and always willing to listen to us to go above and beyond what they would normally do! We live with our back to the woods so we have them out every week or so in the spring and summer to spray for ants and every month in the winter to help control the mice situation. They've even gotten rid of flying squirrels for us! Can't beat E&G!

Project: Repair Damage from Water E&G Exterminators never got back to me after visiting my house. I had water damage in my house and contacted E&G thru Home Adviser. Sales person came over, made a few pictures, told me that the pictures would be sent to sister company and I would receive an estimate thru e-mail within 24 hours. Sales person wasn't versed in the repairs needed in my case, spent 5 min at my house taking pictures. Never heard back from anyone at E &G

Had 5 Raccoons setting up residency under my deck for a considerable amount of time. Had to call E&G when they started coming on my deck and it was apparent they weren't scared of humans! Called E&G and they were extremely helpful over the phone and send a representative out immediately to assess the situation. The only viable solution was to "evict" them from my deck and take preventive measures so no other animals could take up space under my deck. This would include putting a metal mesh "fence" around the perimeter. E&G handled it all! Thanks Ken Pavese for handling everything with a wonderful sense of humor as well as putting my concerns at ease.

I don't leave review but I have to let others know. Do not waste your money like I did. I signed up for a year contract last year when I purchased our home - paid up front. After the first treatment, no follow-up for the whole year. Nothing. Nada. After a year of silence, they just mailed and emailed me to renew the contract! Other services offer automated visits. Now I have carpenter ants problem and I'm signing up with another company.

We had raccoons in our attic. We called e&g exterminators and set up a date. They came on time, put up an animal-friendly escape unit, sealed up all openings in the roof. Within 10 days the raccoon family had left our attic and E &G Exterminators came back and finished up the job. They were fast, on time , friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable and I have a one year guarantee. I would definitely call them again if I needed them.

Tyler came to do my quarterly service. He went to turn the water on outside and the hose broke. He was extremely upset and apologized several times. He offered to replace the hose. We told him it was not necessary as we would do that ourselves. The next day when I opened my front door, there was money left on the chair in front of the door. Needless to say it had to be from Tyler. I was extremely impressed with him and told the company manager, that if there were more employees like Tyler, the world would be a better place!!!

I HAVE year contract, with this unprofessional company. The technician, however, was polite, and did his job well. I scheduled a "springtime" follow up, they set my date, and time. Yet, nobody showed up. I've been calling to no avail. My next stop is their office. They suck. Choose any other company BUT them! You've been warned.
