Amazing service! I was under contract with a company that was recommended and to be the best in my area...but what I got was decent service, and hidden charges. As soon as my contract was over, I went straight to EcoFusion. Not only do they provide the best of the best service but they understand people are on a budget. They're not like other companies where they continue to take your money, they promise what they say. EcoFusion actually helps you by educating you on what YOU can do to keep pests away. That being said, I was very pleased with Isaiah and his assistant, who performed the inspection and treatment in my guest room. Isaiah went out of his way to squeeze me the same day I called as he heard the concern and anxiety in my voice. Both were on time, pleasant, and professional. Isaiah answered all of my questions and explained the process step-by-step to ensure I was 100% clear about what to expect after the treatment. Stay Away from EcoFusion. This company will double charge you and increase your final bill much more than your quoted price without your permission. I made appointment for my two houses. I confirmed with them three times on the phone about the price, "is it $399/for two house altogether?" "Yes, $399 two houses altogether." I repeated my questions three times, and they gave me same yes answer over phone for three times. However, when they send me the final invoice, it became $399+tax/for only one house, $860 for two houses after tax, and they denied what they said on the phone before. And I had to be locked down to their annual program to get a small discount on the first double payment. My Response to the company's 1st reply: you told me $299/two house altogether for general insects, $399/two house altogether with one house have rodent issue, i said then I will go with $399/for two house altogether which will treat rodent. Since you recorded my voice, you can upload the phone conversation to a youtube video, and insert the link here, so Everybody will be clear then. If it doesn't sound like my voice, I will upload my voice to youtube for comparison purpose. About this company's locked down annual program: it is $650 for first visit after tax, another $350 thirty days after first visit, then $350 every quarter after for a year. If it is a quarterly program for a year, what is that $350 for after initial 30 days? I did gave them many calls for the doubled billing. Every time they said they will call me back later same day, nobody ever called me back. Every time I initiate the calls. Be careful this company is not giving you genuine price over phone, increase price without your permission in your final invoice and try to lock you down in their annual pay program. My response to the company's 2nd reply: while I am writing this review now, we decide to let this cheating company double charge us for two houses for one time visit only, and we will not go with their annual program (too many tricks in their annul pay, they charge you more than what you expected in the whole year. Cheat you one time is enough, not the whole year.) Hopefully my experience will help you stay away from this company. You pay for a service you quoted for, not someone who playing word game with you and telling that you hear wrong after bill you. A client has the rights to know your real price and then decide whether to use your service or not. When I asked about why I am not invoiced for what I was quoted for, they sound like they are already prepared and have known I will have this question. This company never uploaded any my phone conversation recording to youtube by now, What are they afraid of? Everybody has mouth on internet now, you stole $435 from one client, you are going to lose many other clients in long run. Actually I am donating these money for your company's advertising now. As long as no other people will be cheated as me in future. And nobody ever called us back Same day like what they said they will, every time we call them.

look sad to say i had bed bugs but this company came correct! very discrete and did not let the whole block know i had bed bugs with an over logo'd truck. 2 treatments and done after the first treatment i didn't get any bits and second treatment nothing at all i've been bed bug free for the past 80 days and counting really glad to have CJ take care of me with a wonderful service. Would highly recommend this bed bug company to any one in Essex county.

So i recently moved from Hoboken Nj to Verona because parking is better and because my landlord sucked and the building had a Bed bug issue my landlord hired some company to do the treatments for the whole building and somehow that made things worse... so bad that i had to stay at a hotel for a couple days so i decided to call around and found ecofusion and the next day they did a treatment they did 3 treatments altogether and gave me a 6 month warranty but the thing that made me so happy was the fact that it worked and they told me that the warranty would stick with me even if i moved which was the best part i haven't seen a bed bug ever since they came out and its been over 5 months now
