Ants started invading my home. I tried to self remedy the problem to no avail. I called Cowley’s for help. They worked with me to find the earliest time to come and check out the problem. They responded within 24 hours, assessed the problem, applied the needed remedy and provided me with an information sheet explaining what to expect following the treatment. Within a few days, the ant problem was resolved and because I selected their Silver Plan I am covered for the next year including 3 already scheduled treatments. Cowley’s hyas been excellent to work with!

I currently have a home protection plan with tick & mosquito service with Cowleys! This service allows us to have a preventative treatment to the exterior of our home when bugs are at its worst— when it’s hot outside! So we are now able to enjoy our house (inside and out) and not battle it out with mosquitos or any other pest! And let’s not mention camel crickets- spider crickets or whichever name we want to refer those monsters as— needless to say they are no longer attacking us either! Thank you Cowleys!

I'm so glad I found Cowleys! I signed up for one of their annual plans so if I notice "a problem," a technician is promptly scheduled to visit. In 3 years, I've only made one or two calls - their preventive measures are that good! Recently a few silverfish appeared. Alfonso, the tech, explained that my recent home improvements may have prompted them to show themselves. He sprayed around the perimeter of the second floor and attic (it was odorless - yay) - and it was safe for the dog when it dried within an hour or so. As an added step, he put down some bait traps in the attic. Everyone I've worked with at Cowley's is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, courteous, and punctual. I trust them, which says a lot! Thank you, Cowleys. And they have other services: mold remediation, insulation, dehumidifier installation, etc. Now I know where to go when I need more help :) Since then, I took advantage of their tick prevention program - it's great!! Before their service, my dog was bringing in ticks every time he went out. Even tho they were dead (or dying) from his treatment,, I wasn't happy. Now I rarely see any. Last year I used TruGreen's tick treatment - it was cheaper but you get what you pay for: Cowley's rocks!

A neighbor notified us that she saw squirrels going in and out of our roofline. We called Crowley’s and they were very responsive. The technician they sent was professional and diligent. He thoroughly checked the eaves as we don’t have an attic. Although he found no evidence of a squirrel or nest, he did find some rotted wood and he took photos for us so that we could have it repaired. It was very kind of him to do that for us. I highly recommend them. We’re very happy with Crowley’s service.

First off, I admit I was stupid. I saw a big nest high up in a tree on my property, so me, a 50-year-old man, decided to act like a 10-year-old boy and throw rocks at it. I threw about four rocks and as if going 0/4 wasn't bad enough one of the buggers came out and totally nailed me on the shoulder - stung like a mother. I ran away like a nut. Called Cowleys and within 18 hours the nest was gone. Had previously bought the contract so the service was no charge. You really can't expect better than that.

Just had a service done for ants by Crowley. Technician Scott did a fabulous job and found ants where I didn’t know we had them. Pleasant, thorough, professional and top notch. I recommend highly.

I noticed bees crawling around my backyard shed along with big drill holes in the soft wood around the door. I had used Cowleys in the past for an ant problem in my kitchen, and was happy with their service. So, gave them a call. One of their technicians came over that day. He told me that I had carpenter bees and that these bees drill holes in wood to lay their eggs. He knew exactly what to do. The technician was friendly, fast, and explained the treatment to me. By the time he was done, there was not a single bee in sight. I could now retrieve my lawn mower and gardening tools without fear of getting stung. Overall, a great job. Thanks, Cowleys, You guys are the best!!!

Most unprofessional company ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Office staff are rude and incompetent to answer questions or connect with people who actually have a brain. Denise and Nancy might be the dumbest people I have ever spoken to. This guy Jim comes to my house- stinking like pot and acting like I’m and idiot where’s he’s taking down to me about a problem I have. Just because I’m female does not mean I don’t understand you. He leaves my home after leaving traces of mud all over my carpet. I call to complain at the office and Denise answers talking about how that’s her husband and he’s amazing. Never will I use this company again. I’m so glad I contacted the better business bureau as they already know about this fraud and scams of this company and disgusting workers.

EXTREMELY overpriced. Someone comes out and does a home check and that alone is around $100 then they set traps and leave them only for a week and that costs $600 EVEN IF NOTHING IS TRAPPED. BUT if you say you something along the lines of I only have seen a raccoon then guess what? If an opossum or anything else is in the trap they charge ANOTHER $100 because it is not the "target" animal. They also try to release it in your backyard. Can't wait for this week to be done. I will NEVER use them again. Unless you have money to piss away. DO NOT USE COWLEYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
