I had a small ant colony living in my detached garage last month, so I called ChemTec and asked for a technician to come over and treat the area. The technician, Corey, was prompt, patient, and professional. He explained the job well and did a thorough spraying job that covered my house as well. The ants were exterminated immediately and are still gone weeks later. I am happy with the service and would hire again.

He was very polite and thorough with all of the procedures performed, explaining how the process is implemented and how the chemicals, etc continue to be effective over time. Because there was a downpour I expected to have to postpone, but Eddie geared up and put down the waterproof portion of the treatment outside, and will come back next week to spray (not waterproof) without me needing to be home. Answered all my questions and explained the steps he was doing (inside and outside of my home) to get rid of my ant problem. He went through every nook and cranny to find the ant colony and found it. Actually I was very impressed. I have had this service before with another competitor and they did nowhere close to what AJ was doing. I called just to get this promotion that they had but after speaking with Anthony and seeing the service that AJ did I will be signing on for their yearly plan. I also spoke with a neighbor that mentioned he also was having an ant problem. I told him about my experience with ChemTec and he told me, he will be calling them. I hope this review will be helpful for other seeking this type of service. After my first treatment from Chemtec I was very happy so I decided to go for the yearly plan. This time around I got another technician, Vincent. Again, the service was great. Vincent was also very knowledgeable. He went through everything again. He was very thorough. These guys really know their stuff. I am very happy with the tech's and with Chemtec Pest Control as a whole.

Shawn came to my house for a wasp concern. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with his service and he is why I'm giving this review 5 stars. However, I spoke to someone named Robert on the phone who told me that a tech coming out for my issue would be free when in fact it was not. I was charged $90 which is a huge jump from free. I would recommend chemtec for Shawn's service but wouldn't for the fact that I was mislead price wise by Robert. If you are going to use this service be careful about surprise charges as I was surprised by mine. Thank you again Shawn for a very pleasant experience!

We had an appointment for an interior inspection yesterday. As promised, the technician, Patrick Livecchi, called us about 15 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was on his way, and he was within the scheduled time period. He checked all the locations where bait had been left, replaced the old bait and let us know whether or not there was evidence of any animal activity. At one location, where we've had animals found before, he removed a dead creature from a trap. We were pleased with the service we received and with Patrick. He was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.

Eddie was punctual, polite, wore slippers to keep our house clean, and did a thorough job in finding the sources of our ant problem and applied treatments indoors and out to treat it. 30 day warranty is reasonable and I’m confident the treatment will work with one application, though the warranty covers as many applications as necessary within 30 days, giving 10 days after each one to see if it worked.

When he inspected the problem areas he clearly and patiently described what he felt was the most likely situation and the best treatment (NO nests in house and only outside treatment required). No hard sell sales pitch which was a pleasant experience. Pat L.- tech- called ahead to let me know he was on the way (at the scheduled time and date) to perform the service. We did a walk thru explaining the areas of concern. He attitude was professional and courteous. He explained what he would be doing and answered my many "what if" questions and discussed the details of my contract. He wore booties thru out the house. He even went into the attic on what was probably the hottest day of our first heat wave. I'm sure it was well over 100 up there. Why only 4 stars?--- I’m usually the wait and see type of guy—but so far so good.

We were having a recurring problem with ants and contacted Chemtec because of their reputation. Eddie came at exactly the appointed hour, wore shoe covers before entering our home( we liked that because we personally leave our outdoor shoes at the door), told me a bit about the the biology of these ants (because I asked), explained the treatment and and was sensitive to the fact that we had a dog . Although it is too early to say if the problem had been solved, we were impressed by his professionalism.
