The technician who came to my apartment was as unprofessional/unpolished as you can get. He took it upon himself to walk into my apartment without waiting for me to open the door. This is a service that the complex I live in uses; I would NEVER use them on my own. I would like to add that it was not the Bugaboo Pest Control Technician (being new here I was confused as to who was who) but the apartment complex worker (that accompanied the tech) who inappropriately entered my unit. Please accept my apologies; the person who performed the service was fine.

I asked the person to spray 5 different spots in my house, they only sprayed two. I called to report and the person said they’d call me back about a time to reschedule, didn’t hear back...called again, no answer. called again, no answer. don’t waste your time or money.

Bugaboo stole my sweet baby ferret and rehoused her without following Washington state laws of reporting her to a shelter within 48 hours and allowing me my rights to reclaim her within 90 days. She is my support animal and they robbed me of my personal property.

The person the company sent to spray my apartment was rude and unprofessional. His pants were sagged and I could see his underwear. He did not spray accordingly he also sprayed my husband in the face! He made unnecessary comments while inside my apartment. Just down right unprofessional! I would never hire this company if it was up to me.

Staff was great, but unfortunately after 5 visits and over $300, we still had a decent ant problem. Switched to Aptive and the problem has been solved for much less.

I Called Bugaboo to get rid of a mole. They give no guarantee's and this is why. They sent someone who just finished a class on mole extermination. They can not trap them in WA . For $150.00 in put down 4 gummy worms that can be purchased at Home Depot for $20.00. Of course it didn't work. So for $50.00 more they will come out again and do nothing. I called them back and left a complaint message asking them to call me back. They did not. Today I called regarding removing the mole and they now told me they can not trap them even in a no kill trap. Basically they will keep coming back for $50.00 and try everything Home Depot sells. It would have been nice if they told me up front this before stealing my $150.00. They also said because it's been over 30 days I'd have to pay $120.00. IF YOU HAVE A MOLE DON'T CALL BUGABOO.

Much to my horror, I found a rat giving birth in our garage. I called, and they promptly returned my call as well as fit us in the same day. Bobby went above and beyond to resolve the situation (which will be the stuff of stories for some time to come). He was knowledgeable, helpful, and even managed to bring humor to an otherwise horrifying situation. I’m grateful and impressed! Thanks Bugaboo.
