My daughter rents a very nice apartment in Cranford, NJ and has had an issue with bees for the last 2 weeks, which she is allergic. Her landlord contacted Arnolds who showed up on 8/9/18 at 3:30pm. Brian Denny spent 3 minutes inside the apartment and a few minutes outside then left without even speaking to my daughter. No update, no conversation and no treatment whatsoever! I've been a carpenter for 35 years and have never treated a customer like that. I would take care of my daughter's problem myself but unfortunately I'm recovering from a broken back. Arnolds Pest control is a DISGRACE and Brian should be ashamed of himself along with the landlord who hired such a pathetic company. By the way...I never write reviews but this one definitely warranted.

We were having a terrible problem with ants on our back deck and after one treatment from Arnold's Pest Control no more ants!!! Arnold's responded so quickly and after the tech left so did the ants. Now we can enjoy being outside again. Thanks, Arnold's!

Discovered an ant problem shortly after moving into a new house, and Arnold's was great. they came out to treat the issue the day after I called, the exterminator pointed out to me how they were getting into the house so that we could fix it, and the ants vanished after the initial treatment.
