I found a baby skunk stuck on my pool ladder at 5:30 this morning. Joey was here within hours (he hit a lot of traffic on the parkway) and was able to get him out. Pepe le Pew is now on his way to a wildlife rehabilitation hospital and poor Joey has to buy another pair of gloves. I was impressed not only with their quick response but the compassion they had for an animal in need. I have never posted a Google review before and I wish there was more than 5 stars to give them. If I ever have a problem like this again (hopefully Penelope won't make an appearance) they will be the first phone call I make (not the police department or animal control!)

I am the Property Manager for a large multi family apartment complex. We started using Anchor Pest Control in the beginning of 2017, since we were having some issues with the service we had. We have 13 buildings and have 4 buildings a month serviced for preventative maintenance, so our technician spends a few hours at our property a couple of times a month. This does not include bed bug services, if needed. The folks at Anchor are great! It took about a month to get on track, but we had someone to reach out to and still do, if needed. Mr. Cantwell is hands on, our regular technician, Manny, is great and anyone that comes in between is efficient and pleasant. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs it!

I'm rarely easily impressed when dealing with people or businesses. However, I have nothing but praise for Anchor Pest Control. I had a small infestation of larvae in my dining room. I called them after regular business hours and got the answering service. I was told that someone would get back to me. Within 5 minutes I was called by the business owner. He asked me a half a dozen or so questions. Within 10 minutes, he was able to determine the type and cause of the infestation after I answered his questions. Lewis was professional, patient and honest with his diagnosis. He gave my wife and I some sound advice on how to proceed on eliminating and preventing further infestations. He obviously knows his business. My advice to anyone needing an exterminator is to make one call, Anchor Pest Control.

I called anchor pest control for a very large hornets nest outside my house. I have small children and was very concerned with the rate at which the nest was growing. They came the next day and removed the nest. Jose was very personable and accommodating. I was called in to work and he was flexible and worked around my availability same day! He took no time at all and killed 95% of the hornets and completely removed the nest. I could not be more relieved or happier with the service!

Edit: The company decided to claim that I've reached their answering device when I've spoken to a real person, who took down my address and assured me they will be 1. Calling me back immediately 2. We had a large wasps nest by our front door. After reading all of the great reviews for Anchor Pest Control, we decided to give them a call. They responded immediately and came out the same day. Louis was amazing and explained the whole process over the phone. They were extremely reasonable too. Afterwards, Louis sent me pictures of the removal and called me as well to let me know the job was done. I cannot say enough great things about Anchor. If you need an exterminator who doesn't play on your emotions with their high pricing, call Anchor!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Spoke with Lewis about hiring him for preventative pest control of my property. We discussed contract terms and he agreed on the negotiated monthly rate. He then proceeded to tell me he’d send a contract outlining the agreed upon details, and would schedule a time for the first application after he checked his calendar. He didn’t call for some time and then finally did the day before the appointment he thought he scheduled- which was never discussed or agreed upon, so we needed to reschedule because I wasn’t available. When I asked for the contract, he said he sent it via email- I never received a thing- which I told him, and he said he’d send it “again”, which conveniently never came through. I then asked him when we could reschedule and he said he’d have to check his calendar. Two weeks went by and he never called me back to reschedule. I then followed up with him to see if he was still interested in our business and he said of course and that he was driving and he’d have to call me back to reschedule. He never called me back, once again. Terrible customer service and not at all a reliable contractor. I wouldn’t hire him at this point if he paid me on a monthly basis. Don’t hire this guy, he’ll just give you the run-around and never keep his word.
