Amco has been a great company for me and my family. They provide us a great service every time we have a need. The knowledge they have as well as the teaching they provide is priceless. Thank you George.

I wish I could provide negative stars! This company is a total sham, we paid $159 for our Carpenter Ant maintenance plan and then we were convinced by Luis Valle in June 2017 ( who is no longer with the company) we should enroll in their annual Home Protection Plan for an additional $595 which we agreed to.The plan included an every other month maintenance plan to treat our yard and property for Ticks, mosquitos and other types of insects. Well needless to say based on my opening line this was a HUGE mistake, not only did the company not show up every other month as promised by Luis Valle to treat our property but we had to call them the first and only time they did come and ask why they weren't coming? I called again to ask where they were and I was told they never put it in the computer correctly? Well when I had to call the first time why wasn't it corrected then? I would not consider this to be a trustworthy business and would never recommend any friend, family, or neighbor to them. When I called to cancel my contract I was offered a very underwhelming prorated amount, as if it was my fault these people didn't do their job. Basically after coming to my house one time to treat the property they charged us over $300!! Complete sham business and company I highly recommend you stay away!

Let me first say I NEVER rate and review businesses because I have better things to do with my life, but I couldn't let this go without sharing.... COO George treated me like an absolute idiot. Like I didn't know a termite from my elbow. If this Know-It-All "King of all Termites" treats all his customer like he treats his infestations, you're in deep trouble. The "company" also claimed they sprayed for ants at my residence. I think they either didn't do the work or sprayed attractant. Two weeks after the "treatment," we had more ants in our kitchen than before they came. It skeeved out my neat-freak wife. I got my own traps/bait So I asked Association Advisors, another award- winning company, mind you, for a termite inspection two weeks later after thinking we see some some under a big rock while putting down new mulch. I know thew werent carpenter ants or maggots or other larvae. And based on other online pictures. They were termites. What do i know? i was alarmed because my neighbor discovered he had termite damage when he was painting a few years ago. So I called in my concern. Never hear anything. A week later.. without even a courtesy call, someone showed up and wrote a note that said. "Sorry we missed you, call office" .. To me, that means the "technician" didn't do anything and meant someone had to be home and they had to enter the unit to check for activity. Right? wrong, I guess that's still a mystery. King George comes with a major attitude and asks where the supposed termites are. I am watching a World Cup semifinal i had a rooting interest in on my back patio. I give it right back.. "isn't that your job?" I ask.. Don't you need to look around the house outside and/or come in? Then he calls the office with me right there, and asks someone on the other end, "now, what are we supposed to do again at this residence"... so now steaming mad, mumbling something like "I can't believe I have to do your job. I walk over barefoot to try to turn over the rock where i first saw the bugs. I bash my already bruised big toe nail bed on some slate planks i use to contain the mulch bed.. And no termites.. of course.. limping back to my chair with a bloody toe. Know it all George, in his half-Cuban Ricky Ricardo accent (I am not a racist, this detail is just for effect) " My guy said he came and saw ants, no termites." That's funny.. because when i did call the office to make an appointment after receiving the " sorry we missed you tag" on the door when i made sure i would be home.. i asked the office girl if the same tech who could look for termites could respray for ants. If you Remember, they said they sprayed .. now about three weeks ago. I do live in a back unit so perhaps they sprayed the wrong area. I would give them the benefit of the doubt because the people who were supposed to clean my gutters.. didn't either after I replaced all my mulch. .. but I guess they didn't know where my gutters were.. I ask this: If you have a contract with a condo association.. isn't it your job to know the layouts if the units when you clean gutters or treat for pests? So King George did say sorry about my bloody toe... i give him that much.. but still didnt spray for ants.. argued that he treated the neighbors unit himself and when they were built. Insisting it was old damage.. i didnt quite get any of that. If you treated when it was build and then again after the damage. Did you do your job right? Mumbled something about swarms and that he knew the termites would be long gone so I shouldnt even have moved the rock.. thanks, but my toe still hurts, ass! I asked for inspection but Mr Ricardo, aka George, say they dont do inspections unless its a sale..leaving me to wonder if he wasnt going to look for termites. Why the visit and just trest.. he left saying he was going to trench and barrier treat the area. Whatever I want to run for the board of my condon association just to make sure Amco doesn't get its contract renewed. Then resign. GEEEEOOOOOORRRGGGIEEEE, YOU GOT SOME 'SPLAININ, TO DO!!
