I was super happy with this company, was with them for a couple of years. Last time they were here the new owner was not as nice as he was when he just worked there (owning the business got to his head). The last owners when we had an issue he would personally come out and be as nice as he could be. Kyle didn't even try calling to work things out or anything. I always call to make my payments even though they have my card on file, and I have never authorized them to charge me without my permission, and that's exactly what he did, even knowing that I was home that day. I waited to make this review giving the benefit of thought, I thought maybe they cared enough about my business that he would contact me, I guess he must be okay with him doing things like this. I used to give great references about this company. Not anymore. There customer service has gone from 5 to ZERO

They are the best around! Very pleased with results! Customer service is great! They remind me when it’s time for them to come out (I’m on the every other month rotation). And if I have to reschedule last minute they are so understanding and work with me and my busy schedule! Then I just pay before he leaves! Very easy and great price too!!!!

These guys are awesome. We’ve used them since 1994. We absolutely do not have a scorpion problem because of their service. My whole family uses them! Highly recommend them. Whatever they use does not have any odor and is pet safe.

I have used Alternative Pest Control multiple times to treat my yard. I am always beyond pleased with the results, the friendliness and the price. Kyle always shows up either on time, or just a little bit early, and gets straight to work. He is knowledgeable when it comes to what types of services you may need for the best coverage, and he never makes it seem as though he is trying to sell you on unnecessary upgrades. Since using this company, I have not had any issues with bugs in my backyard, and I have gotten to comfortably enjoy my yard all season!
