A+ company! I've had numerous issues with pests and Alliance has always been there to help and get rid of the problem every time! Thorough inspections, great customer service, and super friendly techs. Would highly recommend! **update since last review** After 5 years, I am still highly satisfied with this company! I have been signed up with their yearly "umbrella" service and couldn't be happier. They come out monthly (spring-fall) as prevention (which works great) and anytime in between that if something new arises. They've even taken care of a carpenter ant problem in our camper! Alliance is great! I interviewed several pest control companies and Alliance was by the nicest and most responsive. Bruce, the owner, personally came by to survey my property and give me the information on the monthly service. He was quick to follow up and make sure all my questions were answered. Anthony is the guy who treats my property on a monthly basis. You can't ask for a nicer guy - he always knocks on the door to let me know he is there and always leaves a list of what he's done after he's finished. He offered to get a tech out immediately and offered a discount for the service as compensation for the inconvenience. A very personable and knowledgeable tech came out 2 days later and remedied by pest problem. Totally a class act and would use their services again, if needed, in the future.

I live in Monmouth County, NJ and had a really bad problem with bedbugs in my apartment. The problem was so bad that I had to move out temporarily while the property manager dealt with it. The property manager sent a pest control guy out, but when I returned to my apartment, the bedbugs were still there! I couldn't take getting bitten by the disgusting little critters anymore. I called Alliance Pest Services, and it made a big difference! Someone inspected the entire apartment (no charge) and found where the bedbugs were coming from: the apartment above mine. They came to treat my apartment and the one above mine. Since then, all the bedbugs have been gone. Alliance even did a follow up to make sure the bedbugs didn't come back. They had one of their bedbug dogs come in and make sure that nothing was left. I am very happy they solved my problem. Now I can sleep comfortably again!

Very helpful service! We needed a indoor/outdoor spraying for an ant problem in our new home. Alliance was very thorough and made time to meet us on a weekend to fit our schedule. What Great Customer Service! I moved into a new house and needed to get the house a once over when I found mouse droppings under a kitchen cabinet. Alliance came out the next morning and searched the house from the attic to the basement for signs of active mouse activity. No critters were found but they gave my home a thorough inspection. They also went over the areas where the mice could get into my home. I fixed all the areas and so far so good! Thanks for your quick response and putting this new home owners mind at ease!

We used Alliance for a bat infestation we had. We are in a 4 story, very old building. There were numerous structural issues that made this a very difficult project. The bats had been here for years and were getting in through multiple places. Alliance set up a plan on how to best tackle the issues. Bruce and his team are excellent at customer service and attentive to your needs. I have had an ant problem every summer and called Alliance to fix this situation. Bruce personally came to assess my needs and recommended the year-long Umbrella package, which is very affordable. I'm happy to say the ants have not been seen this summer! The Alliance service tech also quickly got rid of a growing hornet's nest on the side of the house. Good work and a solid recommendation from me. And the sign outside their office on Newman Springs Road always has clever and memorable slogans. Nice marketing!

Matthew & I love working with Alliance Pest Control and utilizing their umbrella package. When we first moved in we were having a lot of issues with finding various insects in/around our home so we had to call them to come out several times in addition to our regular monthly visits. Without fail, they would come within 24 hours to check on whatever we had found and treat for the issue immediately. They would always call back within a couple of days to follow up and make sure everything was OK and on Joe's next scheduled visit he would follow up again to make sure the last issue was fully resolved and that no other issues had arisen. We have a small dog as well and he is always very cognizant to tell me where he can/cannot go after he uses treatments and during his first visit even made sure to let me know that the sprayer would make a bit of noise so he didn't scare him. It's always a treat when Joe stops by for our visits - he's very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always greets us with a smile! We are very pleased with our decision to go with Alliance's umbrella package and would highly recommend it to any home owner in the area. It's an exceptional value with fantastic customer service!

Professional from the office staff to the technician who arrived fifteen minutes early! I received a followup call one month later to see if I had any further problems (with paper wasps; I did not.) I have used other companies before and once I paid for the treatment, never heard from them again. One local company was supposed to come back for rechecks on a mice problem and I would have to call him each and every time he scheduled an appointment. I would highly recommend Alliance to anyone with a pest control issue.

I called Alliance last year when I had a bee issue in my pool yard, I signed up for the umbrella service which I pay so much every month all year and it covers almost everything ALL YEAR LONG....... I have been using pest control companies in Monmouth County for over 30 years. Most of them gave adequate service but none can compare to the excellent and caring service that I receive from Alliance. They go above and beyond to take care of my pest control needs and regular maintence. The most professional and knowledgeable technicians ever. I have an umbrella plan that is reasonably priced and don't have to worry about any problem with extra needs as they arise. Alliance is very prompt with a response and service to my needs usually the same day or no more than 24 hours later. I have never been serviced this well with any other company. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed in the least.

I had Bats Away (a subsidiary of Alliance) come for a bat inspection and estimate. I was hoping the technician would be able to inspect all areas of the home and provide targeted areas where previous remediation attempts (by other companies) have failed. The inspection and quote included whole house remediation. While we were unable to come to an agreement, the company did work with me to address my concerns.

I discovered ants had taken over my kitchen and the outside my house last month and was super freaked out because well....Ants SUCK!!!! I decided to call "Alliance Pest Services" to see if they could help me with my problem. They informed about the removal of ants and said they would be out as soon as possible to help me get rid of my new brood. The appointment was at 4 pm and Alliance showed up at 4 pm on the dot. I showed them the problem areas of my home and they immediately knew what type of ants were attacking and how to deal with them. They did a thorough spray outside and found several nests. They also sprayed inside where the problem areas were in my kitchen, bathroom and under the sinks. Even though having ants in the home was stressful Alliance made the ant removal fun! Imagine the horror of coming home from vacation with your family only to find termites crawling around your front window. I called many places but none could come out in a timely manner. Not only did they check the inside of my house but they took the time to go throughout my property as only a professional would. I have recently dealt with Joe on the phone and then via emails, and he was always very responsive. His field supervisor, Brian, had come out on two separate occasions in as many weeks to inspect my apartment for the dreaded fear of bed bugs that had put me into such a state of anxiety that I was wildly physically ill. Brian was very sympathetic to my worries and talked me off of the ledge with my evidence that was not bed bug evidence (or turns out probably not any type of "bad" bug evidence at all). I have to say that Brian is the bee's knees. His lovely personality makes it so easy to calm the heck down as he inspects and reassures with his extensive knowledge of his profession. Thank goodness I seem to be in the clear, but if I were to encounter any type of pest in the future I am hands down scheduling with Alliance and Brian.
