The company I work for uses A to Z Pest for our numerous properties throughout northern NJ. They are absolutely amazing. Their inspections are very thorough, as are their treatments and follow ups. This is the second time this company has been used & the treatment is ok but, the guy took 50¢ off the TV stand! The property manager didn't have 1 of her workers do a walk thru w/ them so that little things can be avoided &, comments wouldn't be made for something so petty!

TJ from A to Z treated my apartment for bed bugs. After the treatment i was finally able to sleep on my couch again and did not have anymore problems. TJ took the time to explain the preparation process to me and even helped carry my bags out to my van! He is a very respectful young man and i would absolutely recommend A to Z to anyone having pest issues.

I have used several different exterminators to treat a Oriental roach problem that I have been been having for awhile a problem that I couldn't make go away. so I decided to try my luck by using A to Z Pest Control since they service the management company I work for. I called them to my house yesterday and Steve did such an awesome job! He didn't just treat my problem but showed me where they're coming from!!!!Thank you! I'm super impressed!

I am giving 1 star only because I have to to write a review. This company was hired by my property manager because we had a neighbor infested with bed bugs. We had an inspection, nobody was in my home to supervise during this inspection but all went well and we set a date for initial service 7 days later. Friday 2/17/2017 was the scheduled date, we couldn't be home for the service or for 4 hours after; everything had to be put in my bathroom and the Kitchen as those rooms weren't going to be serviced. I arrived home many hours later to find that many items in my bathroom had been moved around and ransacked. Boxes were opened up, clothes were tossed around, and money that was stashed had been stolen. Why anyone went into my bathroom is beyond me and then you steal from my home? A police report was made, a complaint will be filed once I find out the name of the tech, and we will be pressing charges on my property manager and the tech. We are supposed to receive a follow up service and we are being told we can't be home for that either... NOT HAPPENING. I lost all trust in my property manager and this company and I will be hiring an outside vendor for any further pest control issues. Such a disappointment. UPDATE: Management called and told me "they (service tech & maintenance staff) said they didn't take any money and they didn't go into the bathroom" and left it at that. They didn't offer a solution, they didn't say they will investigate, they did not offer any type of comfort to us, their tenant... my property manager is FIELDSTONE MANAGEMENT.

I'm giving five stars because they really deserve SIX ! Quick response, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough are just some of the things that come to mind after (unfortunately) experiencing A to Z Pest Control. My six-year-old son found a bed bug crawling in his bed which let us to finding many more. The technician walked us through the process and totally eliminated any trace of bed bugs from our home. We are so thankful!!! Totally recommend
