I gave instructions not to spray my front yard. The instructions were ignored and I had to deal with a very irate neighbor. I called to report this to the owner and an answering service took my request for a call back. After 3 days I received an email from the owner asking we what I wanted. I wrote back saying I wanted my call returned. That was a week ago. Still waiting.

We have been using mosquito squad of Southern NH for years and have been absolutely thrilled!! They are such nice folks that run the place and the product is awesome! We use to get tons of mosquito's but since we started Mosquito Squad we can stay outside and not worry about the darn bugs! An added bonus is we very rarely have a tick on us or our dog we don't even have to use a tick product on our pup. I highly recommend Mosquito Squad!

We live on 7 acres and a lot is wet. Normally we can not be outside after dusk without getting eaten alive. This is the first year we hired The Mosquito Squad. We were amazed at the minimal amount of mosquitos that were around. For the first year we were able to enjoy our back yard in the evenings. I will definitely have them back next year and would recommend them to anyone who wants a decline in their mosquito population.

These guys are great. We had just moved into our house and the yard was invested with mosquitos. I assumed that they'd help with the mosquitos but they literally eliminated them. The only time we'd see mosquitos is a day or two before they would spray again. We highly recommend them.

This is our third season using Mosquito Squad. We live on the edge of a dense hemlock forest with mixed boggy wetlands... in other words, mosquito and tick central! Prior to receiving the barrier spray treatments, we were unable to enjoy our yard without being eaten alive, or dousing ourselves and young children in deet spray, even in the middle of the day. Mosquito Squad has given us our yard back! Great service and very effective!!! We will be customers for life.

I was one of the first customers when Mosquito Squad opened in Greenland. That was close to 8 years ago. This year, for no reason other they decided to drop us as a customer. Just so you know, we payed all our bills, so there was no issues there. I called and emailed the owner and he never replied to me. After weeks of emails, he finally replied with "We are too busy". As a loyal customer, I was appalled at the owners attitude. BioSpray was happy to have my business, and they said they were picking up many unsatisfied customer from them.

Horrible customer service. They came I sat on the deck they NEVER came around the house. I went to look for them ten minutes later and they were nowhere to be found. I have complained to them. They say satisfaction guaranteed, I got a blanket standard email about how they were within their rights. Well your treatment never made one difference..and 10 Minuites if it was that long is shabby at best. You scam the communities. So now we will go to the proper authorities as Satisfaction guarantee's are taken seriously

Great service. Very professional! The guys come and let us know if our Boston Terrier is outside before the application. Haven't seen a mosquito since we started with the Squad 6+ years ago (maybe a little overstated but not too far off!). We also have the tick application in the spring and Musket, our dog, has NEVER had a tick from our yard. Love them. Good people.
